The 16 dishes presented at the launch, including cold dishes, hot dishes, snacks and drinks, constitute a complete "tea feast". At the scene, the teacher in charge of the research and development of these dishes introduced the research and development concepts and characteristics of the dishes one by one, as well as the role played by Yingde black tea.
Among them, "tea smoked chicken" is the highlight of the tea dish series, which is based on the traditional smoked chicken, after adding tea aroma, not only the aroma is better, but also the tea aroma can eliminate the greasy feeling in the chicken skin.

According to the relevant person in charge of Guangzhou Light Industry Technician College, after nearly a year of research and development, these dishes, whether it is appearance or taste, have reached the standard of restaurant production, and some dishes will be sold in high-end restaurants in Guangzhou, and will be promoted to Cantonese chefs in Baiyun and Yingde.

According to reports, in September last year, the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Baiyun and Yingde, the Guangzhou Light Industry Technician College, and the Baiyun District Counterpart Helping Yingde Task Force signed a four-party cooperation framework agreement to jointly promote skills training in Britain and Germany and promote rural revitalization and development.
The four-party agreement takes "counterpart assistance, resource sharing, pragmatic and efficient, and common development" as the principle of cooperation, and clarifies the cooperation direction of "providing intellectual support, helping the construction of the base, and expanding labor cooperation", of which the "Cantonese cuisine master" and "southern Guangdong home economics" projects are the main starting points, helping Yingde to carry out special ability training for tea and vegetable development, and jointly building "Cantonese cuisine master" projects such as the "Cantonese cuisine master" training base.
According to the relevant person in charge of the Baiyun District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, since the launch of the "Cantonese Cuisine Master" project, Baiyun District has set up a number of training bases, trained more than 2,800 "Cantonese Cuisine Masters", and combined with local ingredients lemons, star fruit, etc., developed more than 40 dishes. These successful experiences will not only help the revitalization of Baiyun Countryside, but also replicate and promote them in Britain and Germany to help local rural development.
