It is reported that the "Yingde Black Tea Large-scale Production Technology Program" is jointly compiled by the Guangdong Academy of Agricultural Sciences and South China Agricultural University, and is one of the important contents of the construction of the Modern Agricultural Industrial Park (also known as the "Yingde Black Tea Industrial Park") in Yingde City, Guangdong Province. In recent years, the scale of Yingde black tea cultivation has expanded year by year, with an area of 162,000 mu of existing tea gardens and an annual output of 12,100 tons of dried hair tea. Due to the lack of standardized and standardized planting and processing technology at the production end of black tea, the quality of Yingde black tea products is uneven, and the industry is disorderly competition, which seriously affects the high-quality development of the Yingde black tea industry and the influence of the "Yingde black tea" brand.
