Qiao Yueliang and 5 other people were disqualified as representative inheritors of the national "intangible cultural heritage"

On December 27, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism published a notice on its official website saying that in accordance with the provisions of Item 4 of Article 22 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Intangible Cultural Heritage and the Measures for the Identification and Management of Representative Inheritors of National Intangible Cultural Heritage (Decree No. 3 of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism), the Ministry of Culture and Tourism decided to cancel the qualifications of Qiao Yueliang, Xu Dongjin, Jiang Lianggen, Yuan Renguo, Luo Xiaoyun and other five representative inheritors of national intangible cultural heritage.
