The doctrine of Oniguzi has only one focus, that is, "accomplishing things."

Because their means are more intelligent than others, they carefully polish their skills in all aspects and use them skillfully, so as to achieve the realm of giving and taking and doing what they want.
So, how do you get it done?
Oniguchi said, the first step, speculate!
Speculation: If you don't grasp the two key points, you may lose the first step
The so-called "speculation" means to fully grasp the information.
It doesn't sound new, but in fact, most people lose out on this first step.
Oniguchi believes that important information is hidden deep in people's hearts. If you want to get it, you have to grasp two key points:
The first is to grasp the timing, that is, when the other party is "very happy" or "very afraid", that is, when the other party is in a good mood or panicked, it is easier to provide true information.
Masters are good at using the opportunity of communication, controlling each other's emotions, to obtain valuable information.
When you don't know each other at all, or the other party's city government is very unmoved, then you have to take a detour, "the wrong person should not talk to the person, but ask the relatives more, know what they are safe", starting from the person close to the other party, knocking on the side to get information.
The so-called "get the situation, is the control of the art", have enough information, in order to take action.
Case: "Speculation" master Sheng Xuanhuai
Sheng Xuanhuai, a legendary figure active in the political and business circles of the late Qing Dynasty, was a close confidant of Li Hongzhang and contributed to the western affairs movement.
Once, Sheng Xuanhuai wanted to introduce advanced Western telegraph technology into China to meet the needs of rapid information transmission.
The decision on this matter was in the hands of Emperor Guangxu's biological father, YiZhen the Prince of Alcohol, and Sheng Xuanhuai had to convince him.
However, Sheng Xuanhuai did not know much about Prince Alcohol, nor did he have the opportunity to contact him, so what to do?
So he deliberately became acquainted with one of Prince Shuo's staff, and to paraphrase him, he got two important pieces of information: First, this prince was more conservative in his thinking, believing that foreigners' things were "strange tricks and tricks." Second, Wang Ye liked to be vassal and elegant, write poems and fill in words when he had nothing to do, and often read military books.
Sheng Xuanhuai's move is precisely to "mislead people not to talk to each other, but to ask their relatives and know what they are at peace."
Then, Sheng Xuanhuai found some of Prince Alcohol's poetry works to study, and after he was confident, he went to meet Prince Alcohol.
Prince Alcohol: I heard that you want to run a telegram, what is a telegram?
Sheng Xuanhuai: The telegraph is just a foreigner's gadget, nothing remarkable, the key lies in the operation, "the use of magic, with one heart."
Prince Alcohol nodded in agreement, and then the two of them exchanged words with each other, and the atmosphere became more and more harmonious.
In the end, Sheng Xuanhuai had already made Prince Alcohol believe in a fact: In the past, foreigners used to take advantage of wars, which had a lot to do with the telegrams they used, so running a telegraph bureau was a major event related to the great Qing Dynasty and a strong country, and it was better to fight wars than later!
Finally, prince Shuo made a decision: established a telegraph bureau, and Sheng Xuanhuai supervised it.
In this way, the telegraph industry in the late Qing Dynasty developed, and Sheng Xuanhuai became the "godfather of telegraphy".
Why was Sheng Xuanhuai able to convince Prince Shuo?
Obviously, the first sentence is quite critical!
The more people have status, the less time they have to make small talk with people. You can't grab each other's attention at once, and then it's difficult, if there is still "later".
Sheng Xuanhuai's first sentence in reply to Prince Alcohol seemed to be an understatement, but in fact, it was all about the point, and he did not say how well the telegram was a foreigner, because Wang Ye resented this, and the statement that "the use of the good, with one heart" was even more firmly grasped by the attention of the Prince of Alcohol.
These 8 words are Yue Fei's famous words, when Zong Ze admired the young general Yue Fei very much, and wanted to pass on the map to him, Yue Fei said, "After the battle, the art of war is common, the use is wonderful, and there is one heart."
Sheng Xuanhuai quoted these words, and the implication of his words was that whether it was a map array or a telegram, it all depended on how people used it.
What is this talking about? Art! Prince Alcohol is good for this.
However, if there was no information that he had mastered before, even if Sheng Xuan was clever, he could not guarantee that he would impress Prince Alcohol.
