Ford China Electric Vehicle Division launched the Blue Worry-free after-sales service synchronously, providing Chinese users with a car experience of worry-free appointment, worry-free maintenance and worry-free use, so that users can enjoy the driving pleasure brought by Music Mach-E with peace of mind.
At the same time, Ford Mustang Mach-E's vehicle OTA upgrade plan will also be steadily carried out from the first quarter of next year. As a truly intelligent electric vehicle, all of Ford's Mustang Mach-E intelligent driving assistance hardware is fully front-mounted, allowing users to feel the convenience of travel brought by intelligent electric vehicles.

Through the Music Mach-E owner App, users can directly reach mainstream charging operators such as the State Grid, Special Call, Star Charging, China Southern Power Grid and 25 charging operators such as Weilai Super charging Station to provide 400,000 high-quality public charging piles, including 260,000 DC fast charging piles, covering more than 80% of public charging resources in 349 cities across the country, and the "3 km" energy circle in key cities can better meet user charging needs. Ford Electric Vehicle Division will also cooperate with the State Grid to achieve plug-and-play charging on the 45,000 charging piles of the State Grid.
At present, mustang Mach-E GT First Edition, Mustang Mach-E GT, Chasing Wind Full Drive Deluxe Edition (long endurance), Borderless Rear Drive Edition (long endurance), Borderless Rear Drive Deluxe Edition (long endurance) and Leap World Rear Drive Edition (standard endurance) are all open for booking.
