Kaminsky was born in Russia in 1899 and is of mixed race. His father was Polish and his mother was German. After the October Revolution he joined the Red Army. Most of them were local anti-Soviet elements and some Soviet deserters and prisoners of war. RONA cooperated with the Germans to encircle and suppress the local guerrillas, and the style was fierce and evil. The local population and guerrillas hated the group to the bone. With RONA's cooperation, the German encirclement operation was more successful, and in return, the German army gave some captured Soviet heavy equipment such as artillery and T34 tanks to RONA and called it the Kaminsky Brigade.

Over the next two years, Kaminsky commanded the unit in several battles against the Red Army in local and Belarusian campaigns. With the defeat of the Germans, the Kaminsky Brigade had to retreat with more than 30,000 family members with the Germans. In 1944, the Kaminsky Brigade retreated to south-central Poland. In March, the army was renamed the Kaminsky National Brigade and was part of the Waffen-SS. The number was also changed to the SS RONZA Brigade. Kaminsky also received the rank of Brigade Commander of the Waffen-SS. Soon the unit was reorganized into the 29th Grenadier Division of the Waffen-SS. During its presence in Poland, this unit was still responsible for anti-guerrilla operations, and its misdeeds remained infamous.
After the Outbreak of the Warsaw Uprising, Himmler ordered Kaminsky to lead the brigade in military operations to suppress the uprising. Kaminsky organized 1,700 soldiers, armed with Soviet tanks and artillery, to march to Warsaw under the command of Commander Flolov of the Second Assault Brigade.
The soldiers of the Kaminsky Brigade could say that their crimes were heinous in suppressing the Warsaw Uprising. They massacred civilians and burned everywhere to commit adultery and plunder. These actions stunned the Germans and called them "scum." In his report, the German supreme commander Bach claimed that the men were poorly disciplined. Worthless, robbed everywhere, wine is more important than anything. On 27 August, the German command withdrew the Kaminsky Brigade from the city on the grounds that it could not complete its mission. The force paid a heavy price in the crackdown, with 400 people killed and commander Flolov burned to death by flamethrowers. But it's not over yet, and there are vengeful people waiting for them. After the withdrawal from Warsaw, one of the brigade's infantry and artillery battalions was drunkenly attacked by Polish partisans at night, killing at least 100 people and losing all looted property.

Even with such efforts, the German master still did not spare this traitor. Kaminsky was secretly arrested by the Germans in August on charges of stealing military supplies and was sentenced to death by a court-martial.
There are many rumors about the cause of the beast's death, one of which is that the soldiers of the Kaminsky Brigade robbed and raped two German women in Warsaw. The soldiers of the Kaminsky Brigade were suddenly demoralized after such a toss. The unit's designation was also revoked at the end of 1944. The remaining fighters were incorporated into the ROA corps commanded by Vlasov, also a Russian puppet army. Even so, Vlasov was not at ease with these people, who had to pass the screening to become part of the puppet army. Those who fail will be sent somewhere for manual labor.

The members of RONA are all gangsters and heinous crimes. They launched a fierce attack that even shot their own people.
