During the fourteen years of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, the northeast "Land of China" never fell, and the Japanese soldiers had headaches when they mentioned it

We read all the lead to present a different history.

Throughout history, since the Meiji Restoration, capitalism in Japan has developed and its comprehensive national strength has increased rapidly. However, these development achievements have not changed the lack of resources and land constraints that Japan faces due to geographical factors. Therefore, Japan has always pursued an extreme policy of foreign expansion in modern times, and the vast and rich land of China is one of the important targets of Japan's invasion.

On September 18, the 20th year of the Republic of China (1931 AD), Japan brazenly launched the "918 Incident" and illegally invaded the three eastern provinces of China. Because the Nationalist government at that time pursued a passive "policy of non-resistance", most of the Northeast Army took the initiative to withdraw into Guannei, and Japan occupied the entire territory of the three eastern provinces at a very small price, and on this basis, it supported the deposed emperor Puyi to re-ascend the throne and establish the so-called "Manchukuo" regime. Although the army had withdrawn, the population did not want to become slaves to the state, and the small-scale resistance has never stopped since then. In fact, there is such a place in the territory under the jurisdiction of today's Liaoning Province, which never fell during the War of Resistance.

This place is called Shimingxingou. Many readers may wonder why this place can escape the clutches of the Japanese devils. Speaking of which, this is also related to a local anti-Japanese figure named Wang Laochi. Wang Laochi, whose real name is Wang Wenfu, was born in the twelfth year of Qing Tongzhi (1873 AD) to a rich peasant family in Hancanzi Village, Shimingxingou, Liaoning. Wang Wenfu learned martial arts since childhood, practiced a good marksmanship, almost a hundred shots, because he was stubborn, so he got the nickname of "Wang Lao Chisel", in the local dialect, "chisel" is "stubborn". In the early days of the Republic of China, bandits were rampant, and Wang Wenfu was elected by the villagers as the "head of the meeting" (that is, the village chief), and the affairs of the village were managed by him.

After the "918 Incident", because of dissatisfaction with the Japanese invasion, the 58-year-old Wang Laochi organized a civil force to resist, and then openly opposed the rule of the pseudo-"Manchukuo" in the northeast region. After coming and going, Wang Wenfu naturally became the object of the Japanese side's emphasis on "purging." In June of the 21st year of the Republic of China (1932 AD), the Japanese army launched an attack on Shimingxingou, with the strength of dozens of people in Wang Wenfu District, which was obviously unstoppable. Therefore, after paying a certain sacrifice, Wang Wenfu led the six men who escaped to the place where the family was hidden in advance, and waited for the Japanese army to withdraw before returning to rebuild their homes.

Due to the huge disparity in strength between the enemy and ourselves, Wang Wenfu adopted a relatively special way of fighting, that is, he never took the initiative to attack the Japanese army and the puppet army, but never accepted their rule, and the policies and laws of the Japanese and puppet authorities were ineffective in communication with Shi Mingxin. If the Japanese army and the puppet army came to fight, the number of people would be beaten head-on, and the number would be withdrawn to the mountains and forests for a long time, and then come back after their withdrawal. On the other hand, due to the complex terrain of Shimingxingou and the difficulty of carrying out large-scale military operations, the Japanese army can only be reduced to zero if it wants to fight deeply, so the scale of military operations after that is not too large. Wang Wenfu then led his subordinates and villagers to take advantage of the geographical advantage of "one husband and one pass, no one can open up", and launched a guerrilla war with the Japanese army, which made the Japanese army miserable.

Seeing that the attack and encirclement and suppression were ineffective, the Japanese army began to promise the high-ranking official Houlu to recruit him in this way, but Wang Laochi flatly refused. In this way, under the leadership of Wang Wenfu, the local people fought tenaciously with the Japanese and puppet rulers for 14 years, making Shimingshingou the only place that had not been ruled by the Japanese after the fall of the three northeastern provinces. Until the end of the victory of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression in 1945, Shimingxingou was still firmly in the hands of Wang Wenfu, which can be called a veritable "Land of China". Today, this 110-square-kilometer area has become an important base for patriotic education because it has witnessed the heroic struggle history of the Chinese nation and is highly respected by the world.

However, in history, Wang Wenfu is also a controversial figure, although in the anti-Japanese position, Wang Wenfu firmly sided with China, but after the victory of the Anti-Japanese War, he finally sided with the Kuomintang, became a bandit on one side, and brought great trouble to the People's Liberation Army. In the end, his power was suppressed by the People's Liberation Army, and he himself became a prisoner and got the end he deserved. Of course, realizing that Wang Wenfu had once been an anti-Japanese hero, his superiors did not sentence him to death, but imprisoned him until his death in 1951. It now seems that in the more than ten years that he has been active, he has been both a hero of the people and an enemy of the people; it is undoubtedly a great pity that he persisted in resisting Japan for more than ten years, but chose the wrong direction in the last step.
