Wheatgrass and straw cultivation agaricus mushroom technology

author:Countryside e station

Agaricus is a medium-temperature high-temperature saprophyte, its cap is hemispherical to flattened, diameter 5 to 11 cm; the flesh of the fungus is thick and tender; the stalk is cylindrical, the base is slightly expanded, the stalk length is generally 4 to 14 cm, and the diameter is 2 to 3 cm. In the production, straw, wheat grass and cow dung are used as the main sources of carbon and ammonia, and auxiliary materials are appropriately added to adjust their carbon-nitrogen ratios so that the hyphae can be easily decomposed and absorbed and utilized.

1, the base material formula formula 1: wheat grass 3500 kg, cow dung 2000 kg, soybean cake 150 kg (or cottonseed cake 260 kg), calcium superphosphate 90 kg, gypsum powder 60 kg, calcium carbonate 50 kg, lime powder 50 kg, urea 20 kg, ammonium sulfate 20 kg (or equivalent to urea 10 kg), three-dimensional essence (mixed type) 10 bags.

Recipe 2: 4500 kg of straw, 1500 kg of chicken manure, 110 kg of calcium superphosphate, 50 kg of urea, 80 kg of cottonseed cake, 80 kg of lime powder, 80 kg of gypsum powder, 100 kg of calcium carbonate, 10 bags of three-dimensional essence (mixture type).

2. Base material fermentation

Raw material pre-wetting: Wheatgrass can be soaked in 2% lime water for 24 hours, or a layer of forage can be poured with lime water once and repeated until the hay is thoroughly wet.

Pre-stacking: The purpose of pre-stacking is to make the forage fully absorb water and further soften, and the volume of itself is further reduced. The method is to build a pile of pre-wet hay with a width of about 1.5 meters each and a height of about 1.5 meters, and maintain it for 3 days to achieve the maximum water holding capacity and initial heat production.

Pre-fermentation: according to a layer of grass, a layer of manure yard pile, so that it becomes a wide and high 1.5 meters of long strip pile, respectively, 5 days, 4 days, 3 days after 3 times of piling, three times after 2 days, sprayed into the three-dimensional essence, you can enter the shed, into the secondary fermentation process.

Post-fermentation: After the above-mentioned binder is moved into the mushroom shed, 100 °C steam is introduced into the shed, so that the shed temperature can be maintained for 6 hours when the temperature rises rapidly up to 60 °C; the insulation stage can be maintained for about 5 days, so that the shed temperature is maintained at 50 °C ~ 52 °C; thereafter, it is forced to quickly reduce the material temperature to below 30 °C by covering the grass shade during the day and cooling the grass at night, and then the sowing can be carried out.
