Good news! Two projects in Liaocheng were selected as the highest awards for cultural innovation in Shandong Province. They are cultural focus and big business - innovative practice project for rural cultural revitalization in Xiaogao Village, and new business format project for the active inheritance of Dongchang gourd carving skills and integrated development of cultural tourism.

Shandong Provincial Cultural Innovation Award is the highest provincial cultural innovation award approved by the central government, established by the provincial government, held every two years, each session of 30 projects, aimed at commending and rewarding the achievements of cultural innovation practice in recent years, stimulating the awareness of cultural innovation in the whole society, and creating a new situation in the construction of a strong province of culture and tourism.

In 2013, 2015, 2017 and 2019, four sessions of the selection work were successfully completed, and 120 innovative achievements were selected and rewarded, and this session was the fifth session.

The two selected projects were completed with the participation of Liaocheng City Culture and Tourism Bureau.
