Sponsored by Texas College and Dezhou Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, and co-organized by The College of Fine Arts of Dezhou University, Dezhou Art Museum and Dezhou Municipal Museum, the exhibition of Chinese paintings by Teachers and Students of Tian Rui was exhibited at the Texas Museum from April 16 to April 23, and more than 100 works were exhibited this time.
Tian Rui, a professor at the College of Fine Arts at Texas College, was born in 1942 and was born in Changle, Shandong. He graduated from the former Shandong Art College in 1963. During his school years, he studied under Professors Yu Guan Yousheng, Yu Xining, and Zhang Heyun, and later studied with Li Kuchan, Wang Xuetao, Sun Qifeng and other famous scholars. He has been invited to Japan, France and other countries and regions to hold exhibitions, and his works have been collected by art museums and connoisseurs at home and abroad.
In May 1942, Comrade Mao Zedong published an article entitled "Speech at the Yan'an Literary and Art Forum". At this time, Mr. Tian Rui was born in Changle, Shandong, perhaps because some kind of karma doomed Mr. Tian's cultural complex, so as to embark on the road of painting art that he loved all his life.
Since childhood, he was taught by Mr. Sun Guofeng, a famous teacher in Qingdao, and in the "year of zhixue", he studied under Guan Yousheng, Yu Xining, Hei Bolong, Zhang Heyun, etc., and later sought advice from Mr. Li Kuchan, Wang Xuetao, and Sun Qifeng. Mr. Li has always adhered to the concept of artistic creation of the teacher's sage, the teacher's nature, and the compatibility with ancient and modern. Practice a creative attitude close to life and close to the times. In particular, he attaches great importance to learning and character, and has dabbled in philosophy, opera and poetry, and has learned from it and realized the essence of Chinese painting. Its birds and flowers are all gorgeous and vivid, pen and ink or simple and loose, or old and spicy, behind the vibrant picture, let people taste the inner humanistic feelings.
Mr. Li is good at teaching and educating, and he calls himself "first a teacher, then a painter". Every person who consults is devoted to teaching, often using plain and understandable language to solve the confusion of students, and every humorous word to enlighten the minds of students, there are thousands of students in the chest, and there is no bit of vulgar dust in the pen. It is precisely because of its extraordinary personality charm that it inspires many post-scholars to strengthen their national cultural self-confidence and continue the traditional Chinese context. His teachings lived up to his expectations, and the students also had their own achievements. At a time when the whole country is looking forward to the victory of the Twentieth National Congress of the Party, the literary and art circles have also paid tribute to the prosperous world in various forms. This teacher-student exhibition is not only a presentation of Mr. Li's diligent cultivation of the field and the style of pen and ink shengrui, but also a display of the achievements of passing on the torch and the still water flowing deeply. Due to the epidemic, the exhibition was rushed and only informed to some local students.
