It is understood that investigators from the Cultural Relics Management Office of Lincang City in Yunnan Province and the Yongde County Culture and Tourism Bureau conducted a field cultural relics survey in the natural village of Artemisia Ba in Heilong Village, Chonggang Township. After preliminary confirmation, the newly discovered petroglyph point is 1722 meters above sea level, the rock wall is more than 30 meters high, the bottom width is more than 100 meters, sitting east and west, the distribution area is more than 20 square meters, the highest pattern is about 3 meters from the ground, all are red, more than 30 recognizable patterns, mostly humanoid patterns, followed by some original image symbols, although eroded by wind and rain and sun exposure, but most of the images are still vivid.

According to investigators, this is another major discovery after the discovery of neolithic sites in the village in December 2021, adding new materials to the study of early human social life in southwest Yunnan, and also providing strong evidence for the study of the primitive lifestyle of ancient humans, which has important cultural value and academic research value.
