"Zhejiang Cold Chain" has been online since June last year, and at present, a total of 39,600 enterprises in the system have been put on the chain, with a total of more than 17,590,800 codes, 33,723,400 records of inbound and outbound warehouses, and more than 2,300 tons of positive food disposal.

According to the system, Zhejiang Province implements the "three certificates and one code" (nucleic acid detection certificate, killing certificate, inspection and quarantine certificate, cold chain traceability code) management for imported frozen (-18 °C preservation) meat and aquatic products, and at the same time comprehensively enters the cold storage, vehicles and directly exposed personnel information in the supply chain. For other imported cold chain foods (frozen and refrigerated fruits and vegetables and their products, frozen and refrigerated dairy products, etc.) are required to have "nucleic acid detection certificate, inspection and quarantine certificate", the requirement for conditional disinfection of external packaging has a "killing certificate", and the use of "Zhejiang food chain" for traceability management can be listed for sale, accurately traceable to each batch of goods.

According to the market supervision department of Zhejiang Province, after the upgrade of the "Zhejiang Cold Chain" system, the disinfection quality control system will be newly detected, and the process evaluation of the disinfection situation of the centralized supervision warehouse will be carried out not less than once a week and the disinfection effect evaluation of the minimum quarterly disinfection effect will be carried out. At the same time, a new complaint and reporting system has been added to encourage the majority of cold chain food industry practitioners and consumers to report violations of laws and regulations, and to ensure that the clues to the problem have been implemented and the results of everything are implemented.
