The carbon grilled squid shredded sold by Guangrao Quanfuyuan Trading Co., Ltd. of Guangrao County, Dongying City, which is called Longkou Sanming Aquatic Food Co., Ltd., was found by Qingdao Zhongyi Monitoring Co., Ltd. to be N-dimethylnitrosamines that do not meet the national standards for food safety. Guangrao Quanfuyuan Trading Co., Ltd. objected to the inspection results and applied for re-inspection; after re-inspection by Shandong Food and Drug Inspection and Research Institute, the preliminary inspection conclusion was maintained.
