It has been almost 30 years since I graduated from university to Nanjing, and I have not spent a year in Nanjing since I started my family. This year, because of the special circumstances, I stayed in Nanjing for the New Year.
For more than twenty years, there was only one option for the New Year, to go back to my hometown. In my hometown, when I was young, I ate fried rice in roughly the following two ways, soaking water or boiling in a pot, putting two eggs and enough sugar. This year's New Year's Eve there is no hometown fried rice, I still don't want to adapt, although I have not fried rice, but by feeling, I think I can still try to fry it. So I went to the vegetable market, spent 15 yuan, and bought 3 pounds of glutinous rice. Because it was the first time to fry, I did not dare to use more. About a pound or so of frying.
