One day, Changsang asked Bian Que to sit next to him, and quietly said that he had a secret medical prescription and planned to leave it for Bian Que.
Bian Que has been to many places, such as Handan, Luoyang, Xianyang and other places, and changed the scope of his healing according to different local customs. In Handan, because the local people have great respect for women, he chose to become a doctor who specializes in treating women's diseases. After arriving in Xianyang, I heard that the Qin people here were very fond of children, so they became doctors who specialized in treating children's diseases.
In the diagnosis and treatment, it has begun to use the four diagnostic methods of Chinese medicine, "looking, smelling, asking and cutting", and is regarded as the originator of Chinese medicine. Bian Que has a high degree of achievement in medicine, but as the saying goes, the tree is a big move, and the gun shoots the head bird. People who are too good will always provoke a lot of jealousy for no reason, and after he cured the disease on the waist of King Qin Wu, he invited the disaster of killing himself. In 2013, a number of bamboo tubes appeared in a Han Dynasty tomb in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, although they were not very well preserved. But one thing was recorded above that made the experts make the decision.
It turned out that the bamboo tube showed that Bian Que had once seen Qin Wuwang and Zhao Jianzi, two people who were completely different for more than 200 years. Therefore, experts speculate that the image of Bian Que should be combined with many famous doctors, and he may not be real. However, all this is just speculation. But history textbooks require rigor and authenticity, and perhaps experts believe that the character of Bian Que is full of too much uncertainty.
