The exhibition takes cultural relics as evidence, presents the overall cultural appearance of the Bronze Age in the Yangtze River Basin, links the exhibition content with the hydrology of the Yangtze River and famous geographical indications, and cleverly sets off the heroic Yangtze River with "high mountains and wide waters, long-flowing skylines" and the Yangtze River temperament of "openness and inclusiveness, and embraces hundreds of rivers".

By displaying the "Bashu Culture", "Jingchu Culture" and "Wuyue Culture" represented by the Yangtze River Basin in the Bronze Age, the exhibition provides a strong empirical evidence for the chinese civilization of pluralism and unity and the same lineage for thousands of years.
