"Asia" is the full name of Asia, meaning "where the sun rises". Asia is not only the world's most extensive continent with the largest population and ethnic groups, but also an important birthplace of ancient human civilization.
In the long course of history, this fertile land has given birth to many ancient civilizations, including the two-river civilization in the Tigris-Euphrates River Basin, the Indian civilization in the Indus-Ganges River Basin, and the Chinese civilization in the Yellow River-Yangtze River Basin. They complement each other and complement each other, making important contributions to the development and progress of human civilization.

In order to let more audiences appreciate the splendid and colorful Asian civilization, promote cultural exchanges and mutual learning among Asian countries and the construction of the "Belt and Road", on January 28, the "GreatEr America and Asia Minor - Special Exhibition of Cultural Relics of The Six Asian Countries" jointly sponsored by the Sichuan Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism and the Sichuan Provincial Bureau of Cultural Heritage and undertaken by the Sichuan Museum was officially opened at the Sichuan Museum, and the exhibition will last until March 31, 2022.
It is understood that this exhibition brings together 270 pieces/sets of precious cultural relics from six Asian countries such as China, Pakistan, Syria, Japan, Cambodia, Lebanon, etc., including stoneware, bronze, pottery, porcelain, glassware, goldware, silk fabrics and many other types.
The exhibition is divided into three units: "Long and Brilliant - Civilization of the Two Rivers Basin", "Inclusive - Civilization of the Indus River and Ganges River Basin", "Light of China - Civilization of the Yellow River and Yangtze River Basin", with a new framework structure and narrative method, multi-angle to tell the production and life of the ancient Asian population, handicrafts, culture and art, religious dissemination, Silk Road trade and other civilizations, highlighting the trajectory of dialogue, exchange and mutual learning among Asian civilizations, reflecting the Asian culture of geographical proximity, cultural affinity, harmony and difference, and peaceful coexistence. Let more audiences feel the charm of Ancient Asian Civilization at close range.
