As we all know, 2021 is the first year of NIO globalization, Li Bin said at the NIO Day 2021 press conference site that after entering the Norwegian market, INO products and system-wide services will be officially landed in Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden and Denmark in 2022; in 2025, it will enter more than 25 countries and regions.

Opening the Door to Youth: The "3" of nio's home
The fifth NIO Day, the fifth production car, was finally given to young people.
From NIO Day 2020 Wang Feng to NIO Day 2021 Alan Walker, WEILAI has shifted the target user group from 70/80 to 90/00, and the "3" of the Weilai family, a mass production car that has entered the young market and has the strength to easily break through 10,000 yuan per month, has finally arrived.
The NIO ET5 equipped with a 70kWh battery pack starts at 328,000 yuan before subsidy, 258,000 yuan before the BaaS solution subsidy, and then pays 980 yuan per month for the battery; et5 equipped with a 100kWh battery pack costs 386,000 yuan before subsidy, and the baaS solution purchase price is 258,000 yuan, and then the monthly battery payment is 1480 yuan. Nio ET5 is expected to start delivery in September 2022.
Weilai ET5 pricing, pertinence seems to be very strong. The price of the new car hit the range of BBA mid-size cars, and the price of the BMW 3 Series main model was 300,000-350,000 yuan; and the BaaS program just hit the range of Tesla Model 3 (255,600), and at the same time, the hot-selling electric models of this level also have BYD Han EV and Xiaopeng P7.
Unlike the expectations before the conference, WEILAI ET5 positioned medium-sized luxury sports cars, and weilai ET7 was paired to form a car "gemini", the former is more sports technology, the latter is more business luxury. The ET5 continues the design style of nio cars, which are younger and more energetic, which is the characteristic of the new car.
There are three main colors, namely yellow (cloud yellow), blue (aerospace blue) and pink (clear space powder). In addition, the ET5 offers 9 body colors, each of which is very vivid and vibrant.
In terms of body size, the ET5 has a length, width and height of 4790*1960*1499mm and a wheelbase of 2888mm, respectively; for comparison, THERA ET7 has a length, width and height dimension of 5098x1987x1509mm and a wheelbase of 3060mm.
The NIO ET5 is one lap smaller than the Xiaopeng P7 (4880*1896*1450mm), Extreme Kr 001 (4970*1999*1560mm), BYD Han EV (4980*1910*1495mm), but obviously has more advantages than Tesla Model 3 (4694*1850*1443mm).
In terms of interior, weilai is still the main "second living room" design concept, and the overall feeling is simple, exquisite and warm. Open the door to intelligence: full decentralization
Without mentioning intelligence and performance, it is not enough to prove the strength of NIO ET5. Weilai ET5 continues the ET7 "Stack king" playing style.
In terms of intelligence, WEILAI ET7 hardware is all decentralized, 1 ultra-long-range high-precision lidar, 11 8-megapixel high-definition cameras, 5 millimeter wave radar, 12 ultrasonic radar. NIO Adam supercomputing platform, four NVIDIA Drive Orin chips, the final force reached 1016TOPS (as a comparison, Tesla FSD 144TOPS), 48 CPU cores, 256 matrix computing units, 8096 floating-point computing units, 68 billion transistors, the hardware configuration is high, the same price is invincible, so that ET5 has been fully like ET7.

In fact, the highlight of et5 intelligence is the smart cockpit.
