Hosted by the Department of Culture and Tourism of Heilongjiang Province, undertaken by Harbin Art Museum, and co-organized by Harbin Fengyue Russian Oil Painting Art Museum · The Exhibition of Fine Russian Oil Paintings features 120 works by 68 masters and painters.
