On December 18th, chery Ordos new energy mining card off-line ceremony and the 22nd anniversary of Chery Group's first car off-line were held in Ordos Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park. At the ceremony, Chery Automobile officially rolled off the production line of the first new energy mining card of the new energy heavy truck (mining card) project invested and built in Ordos.
It is reported that Inner Mongolia Yingfeng Automobile Co., Ltd. was established in April 2011, is Chery Automobile registered in Ordos independent legal subsidiary wholly-owned subsidiary, the company's new energy mining card project is Chery Automobile's key project.
Yingfeng Automobile invested in the construction of new energy special vehicle modification project planning total investment of 850 million yuan, the project planning products are mainly pure electric and hydrogen fuel ore cards, tractors, special vehicles, special vehicles, etc., the first phase of the project after the completion of up to an annual output of 5,000 new energy heavy trucks and special vehicles, the annual output value is expected to exceed 4 billion yuan.
"We also hope that during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, relying on our coal resources in Ordos, we will apply unmanned, intelligent, and electrified products to the actual market scenarios and reduce the production costs of enterprises." At the ceremony, Inner Mongolia Yingfeng Automobile Co., Ltd. signed a cooperation agreement with Suzhou Automotive Research Institute of Tsinghua University, Automotive Engineering Technology Research Institute of Hefei University of Technology, and School of Energy and Power Engineering of Inner Mongolia University of Technology and unveiled Chery Special Vehicle Research Institute, reached school-enterprise cooperation with Ordos Vocational College and inaugurated Chery Automobile Industry College of Ordos Vocational College.

At the same time, Dongsheng District Government, Ordos Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park, Inner Mongolia Yingfeng Automobile Co., Ltd., and Ordos Green Energy Investment Group Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement for the 100 billion automobile industry alliance. The 100 billion automobile industry alliance plans to support Chery's transportation capacity of about 30,000 commercial vehicles during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, and nearly 10,000 on-site orders have been signed.
In addition, 8 enterprises, including Inner Mongolia Yingfeng Automobile Co., Ltd. and Guizhou Jinyuan Smart Energy Co., Ltd., signed an order agreement for new energy mining cards; 6 enterprises, including Dongsheng District Government, Ordos Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park and Wuhu Ruitai Auto Parts Co., Ltd., signed a cooperation agreement on investment projects of Chery suppliers.
It is understood that in 2021, chery Ordos project will reach a new high, achieving an annual output of nearly 82,000 units and an output value of nearly 5 billion yuan. In 2022, chery Ordos project will achieve an output of 150,000 units, and the output value will exceed 15 billion (10 billion passenger cars and 5 billion commercial vehicles). The landing of Chery's new energy heavy-duty truck project has further extended the industrial chain, especially the manufacturing of aluminum and magnesium lightweight materials and core components of the new energy mining card project, the introduction of supporters, the special vehicle research institute and the intelligent network to achieve industrial upgrading.
In the future, Dongsheng District will actively respond to the development direction of the country's green and low-carbon transformation, and help enterprises build the Chery Ordos project into a complete automobile industry production base integrating passenger cars, new energy mining cards, powertrains, key spare parts, and new energy/hydrogen fuel technology research and development.
