China Net Finance news on October 15 (reporter Gao Duoduo) Recently, Credit China updated an administrative penalty information, showing that Suzhou Jianli Space Health Technology Co., Ltd. was fined 2.6955 million yuan by the Nanyang Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau for organizing and planning team remuneration-based pyramid schemes.

The administrative penalty decision shows that Suzhou Jianli Space Health Technology Co., Ltd. violated the first paragraph of Article 24 of the Regulations on the Prohibition of Pyramid Schemes. The Nanyang Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau confiscated 1,145,538.5 yuan of illegal gains and fined 1,550,000 yuan.

Article 24 of the Regulations on the Prohibition of Pyramid Schemes stipulates: Where there is an act provided for in Article 7 of these Regulations, and a pyramid scheme is organized, the administrative department for industry and commerce shall confiscate the illegal property, confiscate the illegal gains, and impose a fine of between 500,000 and 2 million yuan; if a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be pursued in accordance with law. Whoever, in the conduct provided for in Article 7 of these Regulations, introduces, lures or coerces others to participate in pyramid schemes, shall be ordered by the administrative department for industry and commerce to stop the illegal conduct, confiscate the illegal property, confiscate the illegal gains, and impose a fine of between 100,000 and 500,000 yuan; Whoever commits any of the acts provided for in Article 7 of these Regulations and participates in pyramid schemes shall be ordered by the administrative department for industry and commerce to stop the illegal acts and may be fined not more than 2,000 yuan.

The Shuzhichang filing website shown by Tianyancha has stopped operating, and the official public account has also stopped publishing relevant information. There are six trademark information, of which two have been invalidated, three are pending substantive examination, and one is registered as a "beer and beverage" trademark.

According to the national enterprise credit information publicity system, Suzhou Jianli Space Health Care Technology Co., Ltd. was established on November 8, 2018, and its legal representative Is Zhang Xuefang. The Company is in the process of making a summary write-off announcement, which runs from September 18 to October 7, 2021.
