On December 17th, the 26th Autumn Guangzhou International Art Fair (hereinafter referred to as the 26th Guangzhou Art Fair) opened at the Guangzhou Nanfeng International Convention and Exhibition Center, and nearly 200 artists and art institutions from all over the country and overseas regions met in Yangcheng to jointly open a wonderful art carnival.
With the theme of "Focusing on Global Vision, Analyzing the Trend of Purchasing, Reconstructing the Art Market and Leading the Aesthetics of Life", this year's Guangzhou Art Fair lasts for 4 days and has a venue size of more than 20,000 square meters, with the theme exhibition, aesthetic salon and other forms of presentation, extending around topics and directions such as academics, markets, collections, and life, showing artistic charm in an all-round way and releasing artistic energy.
Create a famous theme exhibition and build a new academic highland
This year's Guangzhou Art Fair will create the "Great Beauty of Heaven and Earth - Academic Exhibition of Chinese Painting by Lu Yushun, President of the National Academy of Painting of China", and "If the End of the World Is NearBy - Yang Yuanyu Photography Art Exhibition", which respectively exhibited more than 30 Chinese paintings by Lu Yushun and 40 classic photographic works by Yang Yuanshun, president of the Chinese Art Photography Society. The beauty of the majestic and ink-colored traditional art is in harmony with the world's colorful natural scenery and cultural landscapes.
Guangzhou Art Fair has always presented a new form of contemporary art in a diversified era with a broad vision. At this year's Guangzhou Art Fair, the works of leng Jun, a famous contemporary surrealist painter, made a stunning appearance at the scene. The works of contemporary artists such as Dai Ze, Jin Shangyi, Shao Dazhen and Liu Jude are also exhibited, which jointly presents the infinite possibilities of contemporary art.

Artist Zhang Yuanhang brought a number of figure paintings created in the past 30 years, zhang Yuanhang, a military painter, has created a number of works reflecting the theme of military service and border life, and his work "Border Poplar" has won the bronze medal of the Ninth National Art Exhibition. At this year's Guangzhou Art Fair, in addition to Chinese local art works, there were also many works by overseas artists.
At the exhibition site, the Russian Theme Museum exhibited oil paintings from famous artists such as the Repin Academy of Fine Arts and the Surikov Academy of Fine Arts, as well as the works of Russian emerging powerful painters; the artistic style covers realism, realistic figuration, image abstraction, etc., intuitively presenting the style of Russian oil painting and playing exotic art movements.

The enthusiasm for on-site cultural consumption is high
On the morning of December 17th, the first "GZAF International Art Award" award ceremony was held, which set up a total of 11 awards to express the spirit of contemporary times, the classics of tradition, the depth of the context, with considerable artistic value, innovation value, communication value, and make an exemplary demonstration for the creation of contemporary artists. Among them, Shao Dazhen, Liu Jude and Dai Ze, three famous artists, won the "Lifetime Artistic Achievement Award" specially issued by the organizing committee for their years of artistic practice, theoretical research results and contributions to promoting the development of culture and art.
The theme exhibition activity of "Promoting Art Exchanges and Boosting Cultural Consumption" is the focus of this year's Guangzhou Art Fair, and nearly 70% of the works of art institutions and artists have been sold on the first day of opening. In addition to original works of art, a large number of cultural and creative derivative products are also deeply loved by the public.
