What are the main requirements for home health monitoring?

Home health monitoring should be done "two good and four must not be one in time".

It is forbidden to participate in gathering activities, not to go to crowd gathering places, not to take public transportation, not to go to Internet cafes, movie theaters, gyms, mahjong halls, chess and card rooms, bathing centers, KTV and other enclosed and semi-enclosed places. Once fever, dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, decreased sense of smell and taste, diarrhea and other physical discomfort symptoms appear, you should immediately report to the community, and promptly go to the designated medical institution for investigation. What are the main requirements for self-health management?

Self-health management requires that families and work and school places are two points and one line, do not participate in group activities such as dinners and gatherings; when taking public transportation, elevators and places with relatively dense personnel, they should consciously and standardize the wearing of masks; try to avoid face-to-face conversations with people at close range.
