The Blue Book Research Group comprehensively ranked the cultural development indicators of 31 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions across the country according to the overall construction of China's cultural development, and obtained the ranking of the Chinese Cultural Development Index in 2020: Zhejiang, Guangdong, Jiangsu, Shanghai, Shandong, Sichuan, Beijing, Henan, Fujian, Hunan, Hubei, Anhui, Shaanxi, Tianjin, Yunnan, Shanxi, Hebei, Chongqing, Jilin, Guangxi, Liaoning, Jiangxi, Gansu, Inner Mongolia, Heilongjiang, Guizhou, Xinjiang, Ningxia, Qinghai, Hainan, and Tibet.
