As a public welfare project for the workplace growth of tens of thousands of female college students in 59 colleges and universities in the city, the "Seagull Project" will carry out the "Voice of the Seagull" activity of female college students' ideological leadership in 2021, collect voice works from female college students in the city, and collect 105 works from 36 colleges and universities; form a 100-person "Seagull Lecturer Group" to open a career course system "Seagull Lecture Hall", covering career planning, legal and psychological counseling, and responding to sexual harassment in the workplace, as well as three major sections including ideology and politics, physical and mental health, Eight categories including science and technology academics, legal advice, creative innovation, entrepreneurship and employment, youth leadership, interpersonal communication, etc.; carry out the "Seagull into the Enterprise" activity to lead female college students into well-known enterprises such as Lego, Roman Lighting, Chinese Life, etc., to help female college students fully understand the workplace; jointly with Shanghai University to hold a special recruitment activity for the Liberal Arts Alliance to carry out BOSS direct recruitment and promote the accurate docking of employment resources; establish seagull workstations (Seagull Bay) in 11 universities such as Shanghai University, Shanghai Electric Power University, and University of Shanghai for Science and Technology. Give full play to the advantages of colleges and universities, promote departmental coordination, and form a work synergy; organize "She Guardian" to enter the campus series of activities, carry out popular science lectures on "sexual harassment in the workplace" and "gender equality in the workplace" for female college students; set up a new "Seagull Mutual Aid Program" special fund to provide financial assistance and empowerment services for female college students in distress in the city, and do a good job of accurate assistance; carry out female college students' innovation and entrepreneurship competitions to drive employment with entrepreneurship.

It is reported that in 2022, the "Seagull Plan" will further build 30 Seagull Bays; continue to carry out a number of "Seagulls into Enterprises" and "Seagull Lecture Halls", hold "Seagull Voice" selection, and jointly build "She Guardian" content; plan and organize career planning psychological mutual assistance; explore the "Seagull House" activities that provide summer practice for girls in distress and grow up with entrepreneurs; plan 100 reading club activities for 100 seagull readers. The "Seagull Project" will continue to pay attention to the underlying logic of the development of female university students, providing them with paths and methods to solve future development problems.

At the seminar, Ms. Chen Ting, General Manager of Castle Private Equity Management Co., Ltd. china, delivered a keynote speech on "Born to the Sun" in the Seagull Lecture Hall, and 7 representatives of Seagull Bay teachers held a roundtable discussion on "Construction, Development and Significance of seagull bay mechanism". The scene also held a collective awarding ceremony for The Seagull Bay for Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai Theater Academy, Shanghai University of Technology, Shanghai University of Technology, Shanghai University of Engineering Science, and Tianhua College of Shanghai Normal University, and presented the "2021 Haiou Star Outstanding Student Representative".
