Wu Zhaoqian, a scholar who was issued in the early Qing Dynasty, wrote in a letter to his mother: "Ninggu is cold and bitter in the world, from the beginning of spring to the middle of April, the wind is like thunder and lightning, the rain is continuous from May to July, the snow is heavy in mid-August, and the river is frozen in early September." When the snow reaches the ground, it becomes solid ice, and there is snow for thousands of miles. "It's so horrible to say that people who haven't been there don't dare to go."
Fang Gongqian of the Qing Dynasty once said: "People say that Huangquan Road, if you go to Ninggu Pagoda, there will be ten Yellow Springs and you will not be afraid!" "This metaphor is even more interesting, Ninguta is comparable to Huangquan Road.
