Li Xinshe, deputy director of the Cyber Security Industry Development Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, said at the forum that digital transformation is a huge challenge for the majority of small and medium-sized enterprises, and digitalization, as a long-term complex system engineering, involves the management, production, sales, financing, technology, talents and other aspects of enterprises, which require continuous investment and continuous deepening.

Li Xinshe also pointed out that small and medium-sized enterprises must attach great importance to data security in the process of digital transformation. In recent years, many enterprise data security solutions only pay attention to functional implementation, in terms of security lack of the most fundamental planning and design, which has caused a large number of enterprises in the digital transformation, the formation of a lot of security risks, the enterprise may cause a fatal blow, so in the design, planning and construction stage of digital transformation solutions, data security should be taken as the most important bottom layer, into the planning program.

Zhang Yulei, deputy director of the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission and the Zhongguancun Management Committee, said in her speech that in the future development plan of Beijing, it particularly emphasizes the innovation of underlying technologies, and is focusing on integrated circuits, artificial intelligence, blockchain and biotechnology, including cutting-edge work in the fields of AI-driven new medical treatment, which is related to the digital economy. In terms of the innovation of the underlying technology, Beijing will jointly set up a number of major scientific research projects in the next step, and seize the commanding heights in the fields of 6G future network, artificial intelligence, blockchain, and brain-computer interface.

At the forum site, the "Guide to digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises" and "Digital transformation solution set of small and medium-sized enterprises" were also released. Among them, the "Guide to the Digital Transformation of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises" was led by Zhongguancun Science and Technology Service Company and Zhongguancun Big Data Industry Alliance, aiming to establish digital transformation standards for small and medium-sized enterprises and fill the gap suitable for the standardization assessment of the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises. Zheng Hong, chairman of Zhongguancun Science and Technology Service Company, said that the guide puts forward the necessary basic conditions, implementation paths and evaluation systems for the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises, which can help small and medium-sized enterprises better find the implementation path of digital transformation, and also help government departments to more accurately evaluate the transformation effect.

Another achievement, "Digital Transformation Solution Set for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises", was compiled by Zhongguancun Science and Technology Service Co., Ltd. and 13 partners such as HUAWEI CLOUD, Yonyou Network, Merrill Lynch Data, and Jiuqi Yunfu, focusing on the "common" links in the operation and management of small and medium-sized enterprises, covering 11 types of solutions and 26 digital products, providing digital solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises in the fields of marketing, finance and taxation, retail, procurement, and office.
