4. Wear loose, easy to wear and take off, warm clothes on the day of vaccination, convenient for vaccination and avoid cold;
5. If it is before strengthening immunization, you can check the type of COVID-19 vaccine you have received through Beijing Health Treasure in advance.
2. When inoculating
1. Wear a mask throughout the vaccination period, queue up in an orderly manner according to the vaccination point logo, and maintain a social distance of more than one meter;
2. Before vaccination, you should take the initiative to provide the doctor with health status, recent vaccinations and other vaccinations, and recent drug information, carefully read, truthfully fill in the informed consent form and sign;
3. Throw the hemostatic cotton swab into the medical garbage can or yellow medical waste garbage bag;
4. Wear the clothes taken off in time, pay attention to keep warm, and avoid catching a cold.
3. After vaccination
1. Stay at the vaccination site for 30 minutes and leave without symptoms. On the same day, it is necessary to maintain local hygiene of vaccination and avoid water at the injection site to prevent infection;
2. Such as local pain, redness, induration, general weakness, fever, headache, etc. at the inoculation site, usually do not need to be treated, can recover on their own. If persistent fever, high fever or other obvious physical discomfort occurs, you should seek medical attention in time and report to the vaccination site;
3. Avoid strenuous exercise after vaccination and maintain a stable state of life.

1. According to the recommendations of experts, the following conditions can be vaccinated
1. People with chronic diseases with stable health status and good drug control are not contraindicated to new coronavirus vaccination, and vaccination is recommended.
2. Suffering from heart disease, coronary heart disease and other diseases, the stable period is not an acute attack period, can be vaccinated; the heart is equipped with stents, bypass, pacemakers, and the stable period can also be vaccinated.
3. Hypertension drug control is stable, blood pressure is less than 160/100mmHg, can be vaccinated.
4. Stroke, the stable period can be vaccinated.
5. High uric acid, can be vaccinated in the stable period.
6. Lumbar disc herniation, hip replacement, fracture and other postoperative recovery period, as long as the condition is stable, can be vaccinated.
7. Stomach ulcer, cirrhosis of the liver, the stable period can be vaccinated.
8. Diabetes drug control is stable, fasting blood glucose ≤ 13.9mmol/L, no acute complications (ketoacidosis, hypertonic state, lactic acidosis), can be vaccinated. Glycosylated hemoglobin can be inoculated below 7 mmol/L. Various drugs used to treat diabetes, including insulin injections, are not contraindicated to vaccination.
9. Eating health care products or taking health care Chinese medicines can be vaccinated.
10. Allergic rhinitis and allergic asthma, can be vaccinated.
11. Other special diseases should be consulted with the treating doctor before vaccination, and then vaccinated according to the status of the disease and the clinician's recommendations.
2. According to the recommendations of experts, the following situations are suspended or cannot be vaccinated
1. It is not recommended for those who are allergic to the active ingredient of the vaccine, any kind of inactive ingredient, the substance used in the production process, or those who have been allergic when they have previously received the same vaccine.
2. Vaccination is not recommended for people who have had a severe allergic reaction to the vaccine in the past (such as acute allergic reaction, angioedema, dyspnea, etc.).
3. Vaccination is not recommended for patients with uncontrolled epilepsy and other serious neurological diseases (such as transverse myelitis, Guillain-Barre syndrome, demyelinating disease, etc.).
4. Patients who are having a fever, or who suffer from acute illness, or the acute onset of chronic disease, or uncontrolled patients with severe chronic diseases (such as COPD patients who take medicine for many years) are not recommended.
5. Vaccination is suspended during the acute onset of gout attacks, severe colds, myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction and other diseases.
6. Before and after surgery for patients with malignant tumors, vaccination is suspended during chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
