The local epidemic situation in Shaoxing City, Hangzhou City, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, Hulunbuir City in Inner Mongolia, Harbin City and Qiqihar City in Heilongjiang Province has not subsided. Recently, Tianjin and Guangzhou have found that the new coronavirus infected with the Aumecreon variant was imported from abroad. The recent level of influenza activity in our province has shown an upward trend, and the outbreak (cluster) of epidemics in local areas has increased significantly, and experts predict that with the arrival of New Year's Day and Spring Festival, the flow of people across provinces has increased, and there is a risk of new crown and influenza superimposed epidemic. In view of the particularity, complexity and uncertainty of the current prevention and control of the new crown epidemic, in order to scientifically and accurately prevent and control the epidemic and strictly prevent the import of the epidemic, the Hunan Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention issued a reminder for epidemic prevention and control:

1. Take the initiative to report the itinerary. For those who have a history of living in Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province, and a history of living in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province since December 5, there has been a history of travel in The county (city, district, banner) where the domestic medium and high-risk areas are located in the past 14 days, and there is an intersection with the announced trajectory of case activities in various places, and the health code has changed to "red code" and "yellow code" for those who have returned to Xiangxiang, please take the initiative to report to the community (village), work unit or hotel where you live in the first time, please consciously abide by the epidemic prevention and control regulations. Cooperate with the implementation of relevant epidemic prevention measures; those who conceal or falsely report personal itinerary and health conditions causing serious consequences will be investigated for legal responsibility in accordance with law. All traffic stations, medical institutions, hotels, shopping malls, supermarkets, retail pharmacies, etc. strictly implement prevention and control measures such as temperature measurement, health code (itinerary card), and wearing masks, and those who find that the health code is red and yellow, and the itinerary card shows that there is a history of living outside the country and the epidemic-related areas, immediately report to the community (village) where they live.

2. Take the initiative to carry out nucleic acid testing. People entering Hunan from other provinces are required to check the communication big data itinerary card and the hunan provincial resident health card. Personnel who have entered Hunan and returned to Hunan within 14 days from the province where the epidemic occurred in Hunan also need to check the negative nucleic acid test certificate of the new coronavirus within 48 hours (calculated by the sampling time), and do a nucleic acid test within 24 hours after arriving in Hunan Province. It is recommended that those returning to Hunan from other provinces hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours when they arrive at the first destination in our province or do a nucleic acid test within 24 hours after arriving in Hunan Province.

3. Reasonable travel arrangements. Avoid traveling to medium- and high-risk areas or areas where local covid-19 infections have been reported in the near future. If you really need to go, please be sure to report to your community (village) and work unit in advance, and do a good job of personal protection; after returning to Xiangxiang, take the initiative to report the relevant situation to your community (village) and work unit, and cooperate with various prevention and control measures. Be vigilant during the journey and implement personal protective measures such as wearing masks, maintaining social distancing, and paying attention to hand hygiene throughout the journey.

Fourth, do a good job of personal protection. Always maintain a good sense of personal protection, develop a scientific and standardized wearing of masks (especially when taking public transportation and activities in public places), wash hands frequently, ventilate frequently, do not get together, do not gather, and maintain safe social distancing hygiene habits. If fever, cough, diarrhea, fatigue and other symptoms appear, immediately wear a mask to the fever clinic of a nearby medical institution, avoid taking public transportation on the way, and truthfully report the relevant travel history and contact history when visiting the doctor.

5. Timely vaccination. Vaccination against COVID-19 is the most economical and effective measure to prevent and control the spread of COVID-19, and it is also the responsibility and obligation of every citizen. People who have not yet been vaccinated, have not completed the full process of vaccination and meet the conditions for enhanced immunization are invited to take the initiative to vaccinate against the new crown virus as soon as possible to build a barrier to universal immunization.
