Since November, a number of internet manufacturers have successively started large-scale personnel structure adjustments. According to a report recently released by the Lagou Recruitment Data Research Institute, since November, the talent demand index of Internet manufacturers has fallen by 26% overall, compared with the upward trend in recruitment demand that began in mid-November last year. Affected by the adjustment of the personnel structure of large factories, the recruitment work has also become more cautious.

Compared with last year, the per capita salary provided by Internet manufacturers increased by 18.6% in the same period, and the average recruitment salary exceeded 20,000 yuan, and the highest value reached 24,551 yuan. However, since the middle of November, the salary level has continued to decline slowly, and the number and urgency of talent demand have directly affected the "price" set by enterprises for talents.

The report pointed out that compared with the Top10 positions with the largest recruitment demand of Internet manufacturers in the past two years, the technology, operation and products of the core positions of the Internet ranked among the top three in recruitment demand. The demand for testing and operation and maintenance positions has increased significantly, while the demand for human resources and internship positions has decreased. With the optimization and adjustment of the structure of large factories, the demand for mature talents has increased, and the demand for new talents in the "internship" workplace has been reduced.

In addition, from the perspective of the candidate requirements for the most technical, operational and product positions in large factories since November, enterprises are most favored by high-end talents with 3-5 years of work experience, and 5-10 years of senior talents have relative advantages in operation and product position competition, while technology gives 1-3 years of work experience to newcomers in the workplace more opportunities.

It is worth mentioning that since November, the daily per capita active (open App) frequency of Internet people with large factory backgrounds has been 9.3 times, and the active frequency of the third week of November has reached a peak, while the per capita activity frequency of the overall Internet industry is 9.0, which also means that the daily per capita active frequency of internet people with large factory backgrounds is higher and the willingness to seek jobs is higher than the industry average. However, compared with the same period last year, the per capita active frequency of Internet talents with a large factory background was 11.5 times, and the industry was 11.9 times, and the job search activity of large factory talents was lower than that of the market.

The report pointed out that under the influence of the big environment, the willingness of Internet people to change jobs as a whole has weakened significantly, but the willingness of talents in large factories to change jobs has increased relatively. Compared with last year, among the recently active talents from large factories, the proportion of senior practitioners with 5-10 years of work experience increased by 4.4%, becoming the most active group of people in job hunting this year.

In the context of the Internet industry's pursuit of "rejuvenation", senior practitioners have become the "sensitive groups" who are most likely to be affected under environmental fluctuations. From the perspective of age, the proportion of 30-35-year-old and 35-40-year-old practitioners has increased, an increase of 5.1% and 1.2% respectively compared with last year, it can be seen that the middle-aged anxiety of Internet people is not empty, and the industry's "youthful" trend of talent selection is still obvious.

In addition, from the perspective of the recent work cycle of active job seekers, 1.9% within 3 months, 7.9% in 3 months to 6 months, 11.1% in half a year to 1 year, 21.7% in 1 year to 2 years, 18.7% in 2 years to 3 years, and 38.7% for more than 3 years. Compared with the same period last year, the proportion of large factories working for less than one year increased by 4.3%.

In addition, the salary difference between talents in large factories with different work experiences is also large. Compared with the expected salary of the large factory crowd in the same period last year, it was found that the Internet people's expectations for the increase in salary were conservative, far lower than the per capita salary increase provided by the Internet factory (18.6%). With the increase of working years, the salary increase expectations of "old Internet people" are more negative, and the expected salary increase of 3-5 years and more than 10 years of work experience is only 5%.
