This is the first flower shop opened by people with mental disabilities in Zhuzhou City. At the scene, the clerks were busy and there were many customers, and their laughter warmed the whole winter.

Junjun skillfully recorded the name of each guest who came to collect flowers at the table, and wrote his name in the notes one by one; Tian Tian and Yue Yue stood at the door of the store and greeted customers together; after Lang Lang received the task of distributing flowers, he confirmed the delivery address and contact phone number with his mother, and then went out with orange stalk flowers and chamomile.

Seemingly easy work is not simple for these mentally handicapped people. Before opening, they had a long training session, how to talk to people, how to record revenue, how to search for delivery addresses... All of this needs to be taught by hand.

"Now that the children are adults and we are getting older, what will they do later?" They need to be self-reliant and integrated into society. Junjun's mother looked at the busy figures of the children in the store and sighed, "Renting a venue, finding a source of goods, induction training... Each one is difficult, but each one is helped by society. "The original idea was put forward by parents of some mentally handicapped people at a community event in 2019. Later, after many discussions, everyone made a decision in October this year. This idea was also supported by the Tianyuan District Committee of the Communist Youth League and the Zhuzhou Tongxin Social Work Service Center. After two months of preparation, the parents of the mentally handicapped people of Tangguo House finally opened their doors.

The Tianyuan District Committee of the Communist Youth League provides the venue for the "Zhuzhou Youth Home" on the second floor of Jianning Station; the owner of the love flower shop guides the flower shop to select the hottest varieties at the moment and imparts the knowledge of raising flowers; the volunteers and parents of the Zhuzhou Tongxin Social Work Service Center act as store managers and are responsible for training store staff, "They will often forget their duties in the flower shop, they need to be reminded from time to time, but slowly they will get better, they are very conscientious." One volunteer involved said.

In order to reduce costs, Snail Flower Factory mainly adopts the method of online group buying. Their WeChat group attracted more than 100 customers on the first day of its establishment, and the group opened every 2 days, with 7-8 items at a time. Usually, there is only one parent in the florist who takes their children to the store to care for flowers or receive customers. Only on the group buying day, there will be many clerks in the snail flower shop.
