Diffractive optical waveguide scheme uses a large number of lithography and micro-nano technology, the processing difficulty is relatively small, mass production, cost control is more operable, but the disadvantage is that the brightness, clarity is not enough, the imaging effect is not good; reflected optical waveguide is the current imaging effect, clarity of the most excellent program in various schemes, but the biggest problem is the need to use a large number of miniature prisms, PODs and other special-shaped optical parts and components products, processing difficulty is relatively high, it is difficult to do a large number of manufacturing, considering the market demand for consumer electronics in the future, It is also necessary to combine a large number of automation solutions to reduce the difficulty of processing, increase production capacity and reduce costs.

Crystal Optoelectronics added that the future diffractive optical waveguide solution needs to be developed in terms of image quality, improve brightness and clarity, and reflected optical waveguides need to be optimized in the process to better realize the manufacture of large-scale optical parts such as miniature prisms.

According to the data, Crystal Optoelectronics is mainly engaged in the design, development and manufacturing of optical optoelectronics industry, and its main products include precision thin-film optical components, biometric components, new display components, thin-film optical panels, reflective materials, etc.

At present, Crystal Optoelectronics' companies in Taizhou and Jiangxi are preparing more land to meet the needs of future capacity expansion.
