"Almost no one knows that Japanese soldiers picked up babies with bayonets and threw them alive into pots of boiling water."

"They gang up on women between the ages of 12 and 80 and kill them as soon as they can no longer meet their sexual demands. I have cut off people's heads, starved people, burned people, buried people alive, and more than 200 people have died under my hands. It was horrible, I literally became an animal and did all those inhuman things. It is really difficult to describe my atrocities at that time in words. I'm a devil. ”

At the end of 1937

Japanese troops entering Nanjing

Send Chinese soldiers and civilians to the Shimonoseki River to be machine-gunned

The bodies piled up on the riverside, unbearable to see

After the attack, the Japanese soldiers stood next to the corpses, doing nothing

The suffering of the past cannot be forgotten, and the sacrifices of the past dare not be forgotten.

In a corner of the memorial hall of the compatriots killed in the Nanjing Massacre of the Japanese invasion of China, every 12 seconds, a drop of water falls from the sky and falls into the black water, symbolizing that in the winter of 1937, every 12 seconds a fresh life is lost.

On February 27, 2014, the Seventh Session of the Standing Committee of the 12th National People's Congress voted to establish December 13 as the National Day of Commemoration for the Victims of the Nanjing Massacre.

On November 23, 2018, the Sixth Session of the Standing Committee of the 13th People's Congress of Jiangsu Province unanimously passed the Regulations on the Guarantee of National Public Sacrifices in Nanjing (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations). The Ordinance will come into force from 13 December 2018. As the host of the national public sacrifice for the victims of the Nanjing Massacre, Nanjing officially adopted local legislation to protect the public sacrifice activities.

Today, the 84th anniversary of the nanjing massacre victims, we are cautious and pursue the far away, in the name of the country to perform the sacrifice ceremony.
