In China alone, in the process of thousands of years of civilization development, it is not known how many treasures have disappeared and can no longer be found. Or maybe we can only find replicas of them now.
I will briefly give a few examples here, which are more typical and representative of the missing treasures. The first is the Twelve Beast Heads of the Yuanmingyuan, and didn't the big star Jackie Chan still make a movie based on the story of the Twelve Beast Heads? Then the years passed, the dynasties changed, and the jade seal was passed down from generation to generation. Countless people lost their lives in order to get the jade seal, and it is said that the last emperor to get the jade seal was Li Congke, the emperor of the late Tang Dynasty, and when the Later Jin Dynasty destroyed the Later Tang, Li Congke set himself on fire and died, and the jade seal has never been missing since.
The fourth is the Lanting Collection Order, written by the Book Saint Wang Xizhi, famous passages throughout the ages, passed down from generation to generation, and the legend has reached the Tang Dynasty, and the Lanting Collection Sequence was in the hands of a monk named Debater, who loved it like a treasure. Tang Taizong wanted to possess the Lanting Collection, but he was a generation of Ming Emperors, and he could not rob it openly, but could only steal it secretly.
Therefore, he sent his Yushi Xiaoyi to disguise himself and get close to the debater monk, and finally took advantage of the monk's lack of attention to steal the true copy of the Lanting collection. When the monk learned of this, he was so angry that he vomited blood and died, and after Tang Taizong got the true deed, he was overjoyed, and finally buried himself in the imperial tomb when he finally died. Since then, no one has ever seen the real Lanting Collection, and all we can see now is copied by posterity, without the slightest aura.
The last treasure that can not be found must also be counted as the Yongle Canon, which was compiled in the Ming Dynasty, which is the most complete treasure in history and the last treasure that can not be found, also counts the Yongle Canon, which was compiled in the Ming Dynasty and can be called the most complete encyclopedia-style work in history, although there are two sets of versions.
However, the original is long gone, may be buried in the royal mausoleum, and the copy is also suffering from war and chaos, mutilated. The lack of the Yongle Canon makes the entire Chinese civilization feel like it lacks essence, which makes people sigh.
