After the designer took over this set of cases, he found that the biggest problem with the large existence of this house was that the space utilization rate was too low due to the original apartment type. The most typical is the aisle area, which is divided by five door openings, resulting in a large area of waste. Also, there is no entrance to the entrance, so to solve the problem of household storage, it is necessary to occupy the original small guest restaurant space.
Taking into account the above, the designers made the following adjustments to the original layout:
1, adjust the position of the entrance door, the original less practical utility room into the entrance area;
2, compress the children's room space, expand the kitchen and guest dining room area;
3. Shift the door opening of the children's room so that the aisle area can be used reasonably!

After the adjustment of the position of the entrance door, a small utility room that was originally deep and closed and very inconvenient to use was used by the designer and transformed into an independent entrance area, and now when you enter the door, not only the entrance hall is fully functional, but the visual is even brighter and more refreshing.

The designer designed an L-shaped custom cabinet here in the restaurant, which concentrates the functions of shoe cabinet, sideboard and card holder, which is both practical and space-saving, and also makes the pattern of the entire space appear more regular.
Living room
After the wall of the children's room is moved back, a row of storage cabinet space is won for the living room, and the door and the cabinet are integrated, visually like a complete white wall, making the living room space more spacious.
The cabinet on the side of the sofa also adopts a part of the open design, in addition to being a bookshelf, the air conditioner is also hidden in the lattice, which does not occupy the floor space at all.
The sofa is set back to the window, there is also a TV on the opposite wall, the guest dining room space is small, but the function is complete, the layout is neat, coupled with abundant lighting, the whole space is particularly refreshing and bright, life is very quality, there is no sense of crampedness that is often found in small apartments.
Children's room
In the children's room, the customized bed cabinet is integrated with tatami mat bed, bedside bookcase, bedside wardrobe, plus the space under the bed, and the storage capacity is very sufficient. The wall on the side of the bed is also designed in the form of a black wall panel, which allows the child to express his thoughts happily. Fan lights, patterns on the back wall, and cartoon clocks all add a childlike and lively atmosphere to the children's room.
Master bedroom
The master bedroom space is relatively long, and the single bedroom is a bit wasteful, so the designer divides it into three areas: cloakroom, bedroom and work area, which greatly improves the space utilization and increases the practicality.
Because the head of the bed is facing the door, the designer specially designed a wooden grille screen next to the bed, which not only solves the feng shui problem, but also does not affect the permeability, and also adds a unique beauty to the interior.
In addition to the balcony, the master bedroom also has a small window sill, the designer custom workbed and bookcase along the window sill, while the balcony area is customized with a row of low cabinets, making the most of each space.
kitchen
After the kitchen wall is moved to the children's room, the U-shaped cabinet can be arranged inside, the operating space and storage space have been expanded, and the designer has also thoughtfully designed the high and low platforms, which greatly improves the operation experience of kitchen users.

Wash stand
The original aisle area is now rationally utilized, with a washing area and laundry area on one side and a refrigerator storage area on the other, saving more space for the kitchen and bathroom.
toilet
The bathroom was originally very small, but now after separating the washstand, the interior space is much more spacious, and the shower area can be separated separately, which greatly improves the practicality and comfort. The fresh color scheme also sets off the indoor environment to be particularly bright and refreshing.
