Ruili, Yunnan: Some patients still go to public places after developing suspected symptoms, causing the spread of the epidemic

At present, the new crown pneumonia epidemic in Ruili City is sporadic at many points, and some patients who have "suspected symptoms" of new crown pneumonia do not seek medical treatment according to regulations, participate in gathering activities without authorization, and enter and leave public places, resulting in the further spread of the epidemic. In order to further do a good job in early detection and early reporting, after the study of the Ruili City Epidemic Prevention and Control Work Headquarters, it was decided to implement a national health monitoring and reporting system, and the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows.

1. In Ruili's permanent and mobile personnel, self-monitor whether they and their families have fever (> 37.3 °C), dry cough, fatigue, decreased sense of smell/taste, nasal congestion, runny nose, myalgia, conjunctivitis, sore throat, diarrhea and other "ten symptoms") of new crown pneumonia every day, and report to the grid staff immediately when there are symptoms.

Second, residents who have "ten major symptoms" should not take their own medicines, and should be treated according to these three ways:

1. Transferred from a negative pressure ambulance to a fever clinic for treatment (high-risk persons in closed areas and control areas, this route is preferred, and the transfer is free).

2. Go to the fever clinic for treatment by yourself (you can choose this way in the prevention area, you can't take public transportation to the hospital, two points and one line, closed-loop management, you can't go to other public places on the way, wear a mask throughout the process).

3. Door-to-door service of community doctors (people with limited mobility and mild disease can choose this route, and community doctors give free nucleic acid testing, give symptomatic treatment, and pay for themselves).

Third, residents who appear to have the "ten major symptoms" should take self-isolation measures in a timely manner, and before ruling out the infection with new crown pneumonia, they should stay at home, live alone, eat and drink, and must not participate in gathering activities, must not enter and exit public places, and must not engage in window services.

Fourth, teachers and students in the school conduct symptom monitoring every day, report symptoms to the school doctor in time, and the school doctor immediately samples and sends them for examination, symptomatic treatment, and must not attend classes before excluding infection with new crown pneumonia.

V. Personnel who have "ten major symptoms" that are not reported and treated in a timely manner, who still participate in gathering activities, and who are diagnosed as COVID-19 patients after entering and leaving public places, are to be publicly informed of their real names, and public employees who cancel their qualifications for the first appraisal and evaluation of the year and the issuance of performance bonuses, enterprise personnel will order their affiliated enterprises to cancel their bonuses for the year, individual personnel will cancel all preferential policies they enjoy, and those who cause serious consequences such as the spread of the epidemic and economic losses will be investigated for responsibility and given heavier punishments in accordance with law.
