Notice on the activation of the highway non-stop dynamic weighing detection system
In order to further strengthen the work of over-limit and overload control, ensure the safety of people's lives and property, and improve the ability to guarantee highway traffic, in accordance with the "Highway Law of the People's Republic of China", "Highway Safety Protection Regulations", "Regulations on the Administration of Highways Driven by Over-limit Transport Vehicles" (Decree No. 62 [2016] of the Ministry of Transport) and other relevant provisions, since 00:00 on December 20, 2021, huaiyuan County Provincial Highway S235 non-stop dynamic weighing detection system has been launched. Illegal acts such as over-limit driving of cargo vehicles collected and locked in the above road sections shall be dealt with in accordance with laws and regulations. The location of the above-mentioned non-stop dynamic weighing detection system is hereby notified.
