On January 20, the public account of the manager of Guangyao Group issued a circular on the proposed public auction of the bankruptcy estate.

It is reported that on December 11, 2017, the Huizhou Intermediate People's Court ruled to accept the bankruptcy reorganization case of Guangyao Group Co., Ltd. [(2017) Yue 13 Broken No. 19], and on February 26, 2018, it designated Shenzhen Jindaan Clearing Affairs Co., Ltd. and Guangdong Zhuofan Law Firm to jointly serve as the administrator of Guangyao Group and be responsible for the reorganization of Guangyao Group. On September 8, 2021, the Huizhou Intermediate People's Court rendered the (2017) Yue 13 Breaking No. 19-67 Ruling, ruling to terminate the reorganization process of Guangyao Group and declare Guangyao Group bankrupt.

According to the property disposal procedures of the "Property Conversion Plan of Guangyao Group Co., Ltd." deliberated and approved by the first creditors' meeting of Guangyao Group, the administrator will dispose of the bankruptcy estate under the name of Guangyao Group, and the first auction will take the appraisal price determined according to the appraisal report as the starting price, and at the same time take the sub-item, partial packaging or overall packaging according to the actual situation of the property to be disposed of, in the following ways:

The land use rights under the name of Guangyao Group shall be disposed of separately. If the property to be exchanged fails to be sold through the first auction, the administrator will lower the auction reserve price for another auction after reporting to the Huizhou Intermediate Court, and the range of each reduction in the auction reserve price shall not exceed 20% of the current auction reserve price until the auction is completed.

If the property to be priced cannot be sold through the second (separate set of disposal) auction, the administrator will reduce the auction reserve price after reporting to the Huizhou Intermediate Court and conduct another auction in accordance with the method of separate disposal of the set, and the range of each lower auction reserve price shall not exceed 20% of the current auction reserve price until the auction is completed.

For the commercial and residential buildings of the first phase of the Dutch water town under the name of Guangyao Group, and the phase VIII comprehensive building shall be disposed of separately. For the residences under the name of Guangyao Group, separate sets of disposal shall be adopted. If the property to be exchanged fails to be sold through the first auction, the administrator will lower the auction reserve price for another auction after reporting to the Huizhou Intermediate Court, and the range of each reduction in the auction reserve price shall not exceed 20% of the current auction reserve price until the auction is completed.

Separate disposal of vehicles and stocks under the name of Guangyao Group. If the property to be changed is not completed after the first auction, the administrator will lower the auction reserve price for another auction after reporting to the Huizhou Intermediate Court, and the range of each reduction in the auction reserve price shall not exceed 20% of the current auction reserve price. If the estimated disposal income is insufficient to pay for the disposal costs, the administrator shall scrap, write off or abandon the disposal after reporting to the Huizhou Intermediate Court.

It is understood that the bankruptcy estate of this auction is the land under the name of Guangyao Group and the above-ground buildings, commercial and residential buildings, comprehensive buildings, office buildings, shops, restaurants, shopping malls, parking spaces, the list is as follows:

1. The land use right and the overall disposal of above-ground buildings under the name of Huifu Guoyong (2010) No. 13021920079 under the name of Guangyao Group shall be publicly auctioned at a total appraisal price of RMB13,093,600.00 as the starting price.

2. The land use right of Huifu Guoyong (2012) No. 13020700021 under the name of Guangyao Group shall be disposed of separately and auctioned at an appraisal price of RMB1,345,400.00 as the starting price.

3. The land use right of Huifu State Use (2003) No. 13020700079 under the name of Guangyao Group and the overall disposal of the unlicensed complex building in No. 13 Community of Dongping Peninsula in Huizhou City were publicly auctioned at an appraisal price totaling RMB28,620,800.00 as the starting price.

4. The city square project under the name of Guangyao Group has a licensed, unlicensed shop, catering and garage disposal as a whole, and the total appraisal price is 96,101,400.00 yuan as the starting price for public auction.

5. The overall disposal of the shopping mall and garage of the Guangyao Orange Apartment Project under the name of Guangyao Group shall be publicly auctioned with a total appraisal price of 14,889,600.00 yuan as the starting price.

6. The overall disposal of the licensed, unlicensed shops and garages of the Dutch Fort project under the name of Guangyao Group shall be publicly auctioned at a total appraisal price of 25,222,200.00 yuan as the starting price.

7. The Dutch water town commercial and residential building under the name of Guangyao Group is disposed of separately and auctioned at an appraisal price of 52,358,700.00 yuan as the starting price.

8. The overall disposal of the shopping mall, office space and garage of the first phase of the Dutch Water Town Project under the name of Guangyao Group was publicly auctioned at a total appraisal price of 22,384,200.00 yuan as the starting price.

9. The overall disposal of the shopping mall and garage of the Dutch Water Town Phase III project under the name of Guangyao Group will be publicly auctioned at an appraisal price totaling 14,940,400.00 yuan as the starting price.

10. The overall disposal of the shopping mall and garage of the Guangyao Dolphin Bay Garden Project under the name of Guangyao Group was publicly auctioned at a total appraisal price of RMB81,762,800.00 as the starting price.

11. The overall disposal of shops and garages in the Dutch Water Town Phase V project under the name of Guangyao Group will be publicly auctioned at a total appraisal price of 16,114,800.00 yuan as the starting price.

12. The overall disposal of the garage of the Dutch Mansion project under the name of Guangyao Group was publicly auctioned at a total appraisal price of 17,482,400.00 yuan as the starting price.

13. The Holland Water Town Phase VIII complex under the name of Guangyao Group is disposed of separately and auctioned at a total appraisal price of 30,654,800.00 yuan as the starting price.

14. The overall disposal of the Holland Water Town Phase VIII Garage under the name of Guangyao Group was publicly auctioned at an appraisal price totaling RMB31,496,200.00 as the starting price.

15. The overall disposal of the Holland Water Town Phase II Garage under the name of Guangyao Group was publicly auctioned at a total appraisal price of 410,000.00 yuan as the starting price.

16. The overall disposal of the garage of the Silver Eagle Garden Project under the name of Guangyao Group was publicly auctioned at a total appraisal price of 533,000.00 yuan as the starting price.

17. The overall disposal of the office buildings of Shenzhen Nord Center under the name of Guangyao Group shall be publicly auctioned with a total appraisal price of 100,240,000.00 yuan as the starting price.
