Legislator Gao Jiayu was brutalized by her boyfriend Lin Bingshu, Lin Nan in addition to beating Gao Jiayu in the room of the Banqiao Fudu Hotel and forcing her to sign a confession and other evil deeds, and even on the day of Lin Mother's farewell ceremony on November 24 this year, Lin Nan was furious in public just because Gao Jiayu did not invite Lai Qingde to the scene, ripped off Gao Jiayu's hat and mask, and yelled and forced her to show her appearance and kneel in public.

Gao Jiayu was violent and bruised by Lin Nan during his stay at the Fudu Hotel from November 11 to November 13 this year (2021), but after she got out of trouble, she could not resist Lin Nan's request, and still attended Lin Mu's farewell ceremony on November 24, but unexpectedly the spirit transfer ceremony was about to begin that morning, Lin Nan learned that Lai Qingde did not come to participate in the public festival, and immediately scolded Gao Jiayu for not trying his best to help invite the guests, and even ripped off Gao Jiayu's hat and mask, pulled Gao Jiayu's hair and roared to force the public to kneel in front of his mother's spirit.

This scene frightened everyone, Lin Bingshu's sister cried and begged her brother not to lose control like this, the funeral society ceremonial staff wanted to come forward to dissuade Lin Nan, but also Lin Nan scolded back, Lin Nan did not allow others to give Gao Jiayu a mask, deliberately to make Gao Jiayu lose face, Gao Jiayu forgave Lin Nan's bereaved mother's emotions, and really knelt down in front of Lin Mu's spirit.

It is reported that after Lin Bingshu's anger subsided, he immediately swore a solemn oath in front of his mother's spirit, promising that he would never hit anyone, scold anyone, and would not commit violence again, and sentenced the two people before and after the attitude, Gao Jiayu also put on a mask and hat again, and continued to accompany Lin Nan and his family to complete the funeral ceremony of Lin Mother.

After Gao Jiayu was exposed by Lin Bingshu in the room of the Fu Du Hotel, Gao Jiayu filed a complaint on November 30, the police detained Lin Nan at 1 a.m. the next day (December 1), the prosecutor asked the New Taipei Court to detain Lin Nan after interrogation, the judge ruled at 2:00 a.m. on the 2nd, Gao Jiayu recalled other encounters of Lin Nan's violence, and decided to accuse Lin Nan of compulsory crimes in response to the incident in front of Lin Mu Lingtang, and the complaint was mailed to the New Taipei Procuratorate for investigation.
