Our brewery has been making 3+25 pure wheat whisky for 28 years

Mars Maltage 28 Year Old 3 plus 25

46% / 750ml

"Mars Maltage3+25, a whisky that was made by accident." - The Complete Book of Japanese Whisky mentions that in the 1960s and 1970s, Honmei brewed whisky in Kagoshima and aged in barrels, and in 1985 the factory was moved to Shinshu, and the empty oak barrels were also shipped to Shinshu. Twenty-five years later, a batch of whiskies that had aged in Kagoshima for 3 years and had been cooked in Shinshu for 25 years were bottled into bottles. Because the classification of whiskies is not related to the age or place of maturity, but to the combination of malt whiskies from different distilleries, this wine is called blended pure wheat whisky.

Before the WWA World Whisky Awards in March 2013, the 2500 bottles of Mars Maltage3+25, which had just been completed, were sent to London for blind tasting, winning the "World's Best Blended Malt Whisky" in one fell swoop Due to the timing and relocation of the factory, the 3+25 was not re-produced, so it could not be reproduced. An experimental but unexpected product, it can be described as an out-of-print masterpiece of 'heart-planted flowers and flowers, unintentional willow-lined'.

McAllen Annual Limited Edition Whisky First Edition

Macallan Edition No.1 Single Malt Whisky

48% / 700ml

McCarran, from scotland's hometown of the Spey River in northern Scotland, is a pure malt whisky from a single distillery. Located on the banks of the Spey River, with its excellent pure water quality in northern Scotland and the natural advantages of winemaking climate and topography, it is destined to become the top quality of whisky.

McAllen, the world's most precious whisky, launched the McAllen Annual Limited Edition 2015 Edition EDITION NO.1 Single Malt Whisky in November 2015, blended with eight unique and precious Shirley oak barrels by Macallan master Bob Dalgarno to perfectly interpret The Ultimate Macallan's barrel art.

McAllen master Brewer Bob Dalgarno has carefully selected oak barrels for EDITION NO.1 in a range of varieties that are unmatched by ordinary wines, fully demonstrating the essence of the art of whisky making. For him, the combination of these oak barrels tells a moving story with a rich plot and vivid characters.

The first is the origin of oak, followed by professional oak barrel making techniques, as well as the choice of barrel size and barrel wine. Because of these versatile elements, the selected oak barrels can be matured into a rich layered, mellow EDIT NO.1.

Bob Dalgarno, Master Macallan winemaker, said: "80% of the flavour personality of Macallan whisky comes from the oak barrels used when aged. Each barrel and its variety gives the whisky a specific style and personality. My idea was to explore more deeply how much each oak barrel affects the whisky style, but let them resonate with harmonious layers and flavors."

"By brewing EDITION NO.1, we were able to further reflect on the depths we shared with the connoisseurs who followed McAllen. We've always been happy to give them an in-depth look at the Macallan brewing process and don't hesitate to reveal specific brewing details."

Ichiro's Malt Ching Li Ballet Collection 2020 Edition 31st Anniversary

Ichiro's Malt Kiyosato Field Ballet 31th Anniversary

63.4% / 700ml

Kiyosato is a highland village located in Kitato City, Yamanashi Prefecture, Japan, and in the 1970s and 1980s, because it was close to Tokyo and had a beautiful natural environment, it became a popular place for surrounding people, including Tokyo citizens, to take outing in the summer, which also led to the commercial development of Kiyosa.

In 1977, Samaki built a resort in Kiyosato called Moegi Village. Because of its high altitude (1300 to 1500 meters), it is called "the highland town closest to the stars". As Kiyosato became more and more commercialized, Samaki realized that this pure commercial development method without cultural background and philosophical connotation would curb Kiyosato's development and even accelerate its decline.

Therefore, in order to enhance the cultural connotation of Kiyosa, Sagi not only set up the Music Box Museum and the Japanese Pottery Art Museum in Moegi Village, but also in 1990, with the help of his wife, who was a ballet dancer, began to hold an open-air ballet festival, Kiyosato Field Ballet (Japanese: Kiyosato Field Ballet).

The stage of the Kiyosachi Wild Ballet is set on the grass in the village of Moegi, and the background is the towering Yatsugatake Mountain and the pristine forest, and when the night falls, sitting on the grass with the stars and watching the ballet performance is a very beautiful and romantic experience. Slowly, Kiyosato became known as the "Ballet Town".

Starting with the 25th Kiyosaido Wild Ballet in 2014, Samaki has joined forces with Japanese whisky brands every year to launch a commemorative edition of whisky.

This Chichibu blend is made from the famous Ichiro Akuto, made from the defunct Kawasaki distillery and the ever-popular Chichibu distillery. The label was released to celebrate the 31st anniversary of the Seirei Ballet.
