The wine is dark amber and smells stronger, with a heavy earthy smell and no typical caramel and vanilla flavors. But toffee and vanilla are still the main flavors. Alcohol: 61% ABV, issue price $140 (current market price $1500)

America's Best Traditional Whisky of 2021: 15 classics, amazing increases

One of the most anticipated wines from Paradise Hill, part of the 15th edition of the Parker Heritage series, aims to explore a heavily burned oak barrel aged wine in 75 barrels with a burnt time of 1 minute and a half (level 5), while Paradise Hill's regular oak barrel burns for 40 seconds (level 3) and is then placed on the 6th floor of the warehouse for 11 years. In addition, the wine is also made of the raw ingredients of wheat whisky from Paradise Mountain, namely 51% wheat, 37% corn and 12% malt.

The wine balances sweet and spiced notes with notes of honey, cinnamon, flavored oak, barrel charcoal, baked spices and sweet gingerbread. The scent provides ample intensity, demonstrating its depth as well as its overall complexity. On the taste buds, warm honey complements a concentrated mixture of cinnamon and baked spices, and when the spices wrap the taste buds, the flavors of tobacco and charred oak are mixed together. Rich and mellow, it's the perfect combination of sweetness, spice, warmth and overall flavour, providing a "wow" factor that can't be overlooked. The resurgence of spices brought power, once again highlighting cinnamon and baked spices, but adding the potential nutmeg flavor. A slight nutty flavor also comes into play, with plenty of honey, barrel charred and roasted oak flavors lasting until the end. Again, it was an impressive display of flavor and just the right intensity to end an unforgettable sipping.
