It is necessary to strictly implement the "Measures for the Administration of Post-marketing Changes of Drugs (Trial)" and related technical guidelines, carefully study and assess the impact of changes on quality and the degree of risk, and ensure the legal compliance of changes. Strengthen the construction of the drug traceability system, so that the source of the whole process of drugs can be traced and the destination can be traced.

In the production enterprises of traditional Chinese medicine preparations, the research team pointed out that it is necessary to "look forward and collect forward", adopt the model of cooperatives plus farmers or their own contracted medicinal material planting bases, to ensure that the source of authentic medicinal materials is stable and effective; it is necessary to "spend money and rely on money to collect" to prevent the blind pursuit of low prices of Chinese herbal medicines and the reduction of drug quality. To establish a traceability platform for medicinal material suppliers, all incoming Chinese medicinal materials should be traced back to the place of origin.
