Since the beginning of this year, in accordance with the specific requirements of the higher authorities on secrecy work, Lingjiao Township has persistently grasped the secrecy work as an important task in promoting all work in Lingjiao Township, and has taken the "three implementations" as the starting point to push the secrecy work to a new level.
The first is to implement the working mechanism. Since the beginning of the year, in the work arrangements for the whole year, Lingjiao Township has requested unified arrangements for the secrecy work of the organs, and has set up a leading group for secrecy work with the deputy secretary of the township party committee as the leader and the members of the office as members. A system of regular work meetings has been established, and the principal leaders and leaders in charge often emphasize the work of secrecy at the leading group meetings and the meetings of cadres of the organs, regularly summarize the secrecy work of the organs, and regard the secrecy work as an important content and include it in the professional training of cadres throughout the township.
The second is to implement the work system. In light of the actual conditions of work, Lingjiao Township has established and improved three systems of study, work inspection, and division of labor. In addition to regularly organizing centralized secrecy education for cadres of organs and staff of central (station) offices, all branches are required to take the theme party day study as an opportunity to adopt self-study, document circulation, group study, and other forms to learn and master the relevant laws and regulations on secrecy work, understand the arrangements and requirements of secrecy work at higher levels, and consciously abide by the rules and regulations for secrecy work. In addition, the township secrecy work leading group regularly inspects the secrecy work of the whole township, conducts a centralized inspection of the implementation of secrecy work by the organs every six months, refines the assessment rules, and achieves quantitative operation.
The third is to implement the content of the work. Strictly abide by the relevant provisions on confidentiality work, so that documents are promptly cleared and withdrawn, confidential documents do not stay overnight, people go to the cabinet of documents, and draft documents are destroyed centrally. A management system has been formulated for secret-related computers, adhering to the principle of "whoever goes online is responsible" to prevent the occurrence of leaks. Persist in carrying out regular inspections of secrecy work in accordance with the different requirements for secrecy work in different periods, so as to promptly discover loopholes, correct deficiencies in a timely manner, and constantly improve the work, so that the regular secrecy work can be better implemented in the daily work of the organs. At the same time, it is necessary to give prominence to the work of keeping secrets in the work of enforcing discipline, important meetings involving secrets, and major secret-related activities, strictly implement the system of secrecy management, ensure that responsibility is assigned to the people, and management is in place, so as to form a relatively perfect system of responsibility for secrecy work.
