On November 12, the city held a roadshow activity of the "Women's Double Creation talent plan" project to show the achievements of double creation and show the style of entrepreneurs. At the scene, Lin Feifei, Zhao Na, Yang Liyuan, Zheng Huanhuan, Zhang Hongxia, Yuan Chen, Wang Weihong, Gao Zimei, Zhang Huihua, Wang Qi and other 10 outstanding women who emerged in the "Women's Double Creation talent plan" respectively performed roadshow displays, and were awarded the Binzhou Entrepreneurship and Innovation Talent Trophy. We have selected some female entrepreneurs to share their deeds, hoping that everyone will learn from their tenacious spirit and the courage to dare to be the first, actively participate in the upsurge of entrepreneurship and innovation and rural revitalization, make more outstanding achievements in their respective posts, and write and contribute to the construction of modern, rich and strong Binzhou.
She dances lightly and smartly, wonderfully, she follows the rules, spring wind and rain; she is a dancer, but also a teacher, for love, she pursues all the way, accompanies all the way, leaves love in Binzhou, she lets every child have a solo dance, she harvested the confident smile of the students! The following is the speech of Yuan Chen, principal of Binzhou Jinyu Dance Art School, at the roadshow activity of Binzhou "Women's Double Creation Talent Program":
My name is Yuan Chen, I was born in Xi'an City, and I am an authentic Shaanxi girl. From the age of 4, he received professional dance training. For 28 years, dance has been my starting point, bringing me sunshine and strength, the pillar of my brilliant life, and in a few years, I will still take it as my end.
In 2011, the year I graduated from the Dance Choreography major of Xi'an Conservatory of Music, I followed love to Binzhou and was admitted to a public institution in the city with the first professional score. At that time, in the eyes of the family, as soon as they graduated, they had a stable income, sweet love and a happy family, which was what many people dreamed of. I, on the other hand, was at a loss. Because, day after day, monotonous repetition of the rhythm and content of the work, it seems to be getting farther and farther away from the dance I understand, and farther and farther away from my dreams. Words like "kill time" and "destroy passion" kept popping up in my head, and then I had the idea of running my own dance school. After in-depth analysis and thinking, I found that Binzhou's dance career has always been in a relatively closed state, and there are few opportunities to learn, not to mention the scientificity, durability and lifelong benefit of the dance education received by children. After receiving the support of my family, I resolutely quit the job that had made me tangled, for the cause I loved, more realized my dream, took the first step of entrepreneurship, and founded my own dance studio - Jinyu Dance School! At that time, the school area was only 100 square meters, my idea was very simple, did not require scale, did not pursue fame, there were a few students I seriously taught several students; as long as the parents trusted me, the tuition was enough for me to pay the rent, I ran this school well, let the children receive professional dance training, enjoy the learning resources of the big city, and pass on the advanced teaching concepts I learned in Xi'an from childhood to the children. The first year, I met such a child, she gave me the motivation to persevere, she is a 5th grade girl, introverted, but never ask for leave, complete the homework on time, punch in, because she is timid and inferior, classmates do not play with her, no friends, even the grandfather who is a doctor said that she may be autistic. After a period of study, there is a noticeable change. In the sixth grade, she choreographed a wonderful dance for the class, she became acquainted with dance, and because of the dance, she slowly gained self-confidence, made friends, and her academic performance improved to the top ten in the class. It is because there are so many lovely children and so many pairs of eyes that are eager to learn, which makes me more firmly believe in the power of dance and insist on teaching dance as a cause.
Along the way, "Jinyu" has both soft and hard strengths.
Soft Power 1: Cultural Inheritance (with Courseware). In Jinyu, you can not only learn professional dance skills, but also understand Chinese culture. The Chinese dances, ethnic dances and folk dances we offer are all deeply engraved with the imprint of cultural heritage. Before learning the Guozhuang dance, we will first guide them to read the "Chronicle of the Tibetan Kings", understand what is the "totem idol", what is "you have me, I have you", what is the "unity of man and god", the children slowly understand the mysterious thought of the clan, the origin of the fraternal nation, and then understand the profound connotation of the multi-ethnic family. In order to let the children and dance have more spiritual resonance, we do not hesitate to travel a long way, time and effort, take the children to the park, the seaside, the countryside with regional characteristics to shoot, record, shoot exclusive videos and beautiful articles for each child, dance, stage should not be limited to the classroom, because - "how big the heart is, how big the stage is." Let cultural self-confidence integrate into the daily life of children and teenagers, which has become the starting point and motivation of my career. Whenever I think of this, I always feel that my efforts are particularly sacred and great!
Soft power two: words and deeds (with courseware, select pictures is very critical, you can choose to practice close-up pictures, you can also use text expression). My team of teachers and I are all excellent teachers with a strong sense of responsibility and hard work. We use our own experience to educate, guide and influence students: dance learning is a long process, the training of muscles and the gradual stretching of flexibility require strong endurance and perseverance, because persistence, so harvest. If you want to bring your own aura and bloom beautifully, you need perseverance.
The hard strength of "Jinyu" is reflected in two characteristic courses that we have independently developed: First, the use of the "Four No Dance Science System Course". As the only scientific teaching base of China Southern Dance School in Binzhou, we solve the teaching problems in children's dance training from the perspective of human body structure and kinematic mechanics. In the traditional teaching, students have to undergo high-intensity mandatory flexibility training, easy to cause potential physiological harm, and through the "no compulsion, no pressure, no pain, no harm" of the "four noes" system, the use of music and games to dilute the pain of physical training, to solve the students' "basic", "coordination" and "performance" problems, now in the 21st century "science to create art" concept, instead of the "body for art" traditional method, effectively shorten the cycle of students' basic training. The second is to choreograph, direct and participate in solo dance competitions. In 2019, in the RDGP Global Dance Competition at the Beijing Grand Theatre, our school participated in 2 solo dance works, when the 2 contestants were only 5 years old, and won the 3rd place in ballet and the 4th place in Chinese dance. Since the establishment of the school, there will be 3 to 4 sessions of solo dance classes every year, and after learning, you can go out and present at any time, so that children can have a skill in dance.
Jinyu Dance Art School has a firm goal and a solid step, and has gone through 4 spring and autumn seasons. At present, there are two campuses with more than 1,000 students, which have won high recognition and evaluation from parents, and have a good reputation and certain popularity in Binzhou. The students are all introduced by word of mouth and transfer from parents, we have never distributed admission leaflets anywhere, and we have never worried about the number of students, and all our energy is used to develop a scientific curriculum system, judge the individual conditions of students, and choreograph well-choreographed dance works. The excellent teaching environment, high-quality teacher reputation and leading characteristic courses make parents trust us infinitely and make children deeply attached to us. And starting my own dance school in Binzhou has brought me and my team the beauty of realizing dreams, the joy of growing up and endless gains. I am glad to have made the original choice, thank my students, and make a commitment to my entrepreneurial path: when you grow up, you will become the most beautiful yourself!
