Luojiang District of Quanzhou City played a safety "quartet" and did a good job in safe production in key periods

In order to further do a good job in safety precautions during the Sixth Plenary Session of the Nineteenth Central Committee and the Provincial Party Congress, Luojiang District of Quanzhou City played a safety "quartet" to ensure that the situation of safe production in the whole region was stable.

Promote deployment from a high position. The main leaders of the district emphasized the deployment of the recent safety production work at the Standing Committee, and Wang Zhaozhao, executive deputy district governor, held a special meeting to deploy and led the team to carry out safety production inspection activities, focusing on the implementation of safety production prevention work and safety production responsibility system. Other deputy district chiefs have carried out inspection and research work in their respective areas of responsibility, made specific arrangements, and required all levels and departments to strictly perform their responsibilities for safety production supervision, grasp and manage together, and jointly maintain social security and stability.

Supervise and inspect to remove hidden dangers. Since October 25, the Luojiang District Security Office has dispatched the business backbone of 7 departments and hired experts to organize 7 supervision groups to sink the front line and go deep into enterprises to carry out safety production supervision, find a number of hidden dangers and form a list, as of now, a total of 17 enterprises (places) have been spot checked, 64 hidden danger problems have been found, and a number of problems have been solved in townships (streets) and hidden dangers have been eliminated.

Strict law enforcement suppresses responsibility. Since October, the whole region has supervised and inspected 355 enterprises, investigated and inspected 514 hidden dangers, and 427 have been rectified, of which 9 cases have been filed in advance and fined 271,890 yuan. Comprehensively consolidate the main responsibility of enterprise safety production, and resolutely prevent and curb the occurrence of major accidents.

Widely publicize and create an atmosphere. Through the form of hanging propaganda slogans, LED scrolling propaganda slogans, posting propaganda posters, and playing publicity maps on electronic large screens in important places, we have widely publicized the new "Work Safety Law" in the whole region, strengthened the publicity and education of the new "Work Safety Law", and created a strong atmosphere of learning, publicizing and implementing the new safety law.
