Recently, the Yunnan Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Bureau completed 2971 batches of food safety supervision and sampling, involving 19 categories of grain processing products, edible oils, oils and fats and their products, condiments, meat products, beverages, convenience foods, biscuits, frozen drinks, potatoes and puffed foods, confectionery products, tea and related products, wine, vegetable products, fruit products, pastries, bee products, health foods, catering foods, and edible agricultural products, including 2939 batches of qualified samples and 32 batches of unqualified samples. Sampling items include heavy metals, food additives, agricultural and veterinary drug residues, microorganisms, quality indicators, etc.
The specifics are notified as follows:
First, the problem of heavy metal pollution

For the unqualified products found in the sampling inspection, the Yunnan Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Bureau has instructed the local supervision department of the enterprise to immediately organize verification and disposal, urge the enterprise to perform its statutory obligations, and take measures such as removing the shelves and recalling the unqualified products to control the risk; find out the batch, quantity and cause of the production of unqualified products, and strictly deal with violations of laws and regulations in accordance with the law; and promptly disclose the risk prevention and control measures and verification and disposal taken by the enterprise to the public.
