So I went home and pondered, and made a homemade version of sugar oil, which is softer than the hot pot restaurant, especially suitable for the elderly and children.
Sugar Oil Rice Dumplings
Ingredients: glutinous rice flour, warm water, edible oil, excipients: brown sugar, sugar, honey, dried osmanthus flowers
1. 2 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp honey, add a small amount of warm boiling water and stir well;
3. If sticky hands are found, continue to add powder until you can knead into a smooth dough. The dough is divided into several parts by hand, and after the reunion, it is flattened for later;
5. Heat and fry glutinous rice cakes over low heat;
2. Put the glutinous rice flour into a bowl, slowly add warm water and stir with a spoon to form a ball;
4. Put oil in a non-stick pan (the oil in the picture is a little less, and I secretly added twice the oil later);

There is a bottom oil in the non-stick pan, add the melted sugar and honey liquid in the bowl, boil the viscous heat and then put in the fried glutinous rice cake in turn (God knows how this step did not take a picture, probably afraid that the sugar juice paste pot is too tight), fully absorb the sugar juice and put it on the plate, the remaining sugar juice in the pot is also poured on the cake, sprinkle dried osmanthus flowers while hot.
Be sure to eat it while it's hot, and don't leave the finished product, otherwise you'll be left with only the plate when you come back, because the taste is too good.

Glutinous rice flour is also tangyuan powder, supermarkets and large and small grain and oil stores are sold; dried osmanthus flowers can not be put, but put to enhance the flavor, dried fruit seasoning tea shops should also be sold.
