During the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, Long Yun waved his division out of Dian and threw himself into the battle to defend his family and defend the country without hesitation. With the blood and lives of 100,000 Dian troops, the dignity of the country was defended. At the same time, in order to ensure the smooth transportation of strategic materials for the War of Resistance, Long Yun organized 100,000 Dian people to build the world's most difficult Yunnan-Burma Highway, making great contributions to the War of Resistance.
After the Liberation War, Long Yun publicly declared that he would break away from the National Government and return to the embrace of the people.

Subsequently, the dragon rope once mixed food and drink in the Dian army, flaunting its might, and became the famous "Dragon Three Young" in Yunnan.
With the continuous promotion of Long Rope's military position, he became more arrogant and arrogant, and his temper was violent.

At the same time, he promised that as long as he returned to the embrace of the people, the government and the people would welcome him and would not embarrass him.
However, at this time, Long Shengzeng, on the one hand, pretended to accept the reorganization of our army and served as the deputy commander of the Zhaotong Garrison District and the captain of the police corps; on the other hand, he was appointed by the Nationalist Army and served as the commander of the "Military and Political Commander of Northeast Yunnan" and the commander of the Anti-Communist Salvation Army of Sichuan and Qiankang. At both ends of its head rat, the face of the reactionary end is exposed.
At the same time, Long Rope had also secretly colluded with stubborn reactionaries such as An Chunsan, Long Kuiyuan, and Long Chengyao to recruit and gather a large number of hooligans, bandit bullies, and remnants of the Nationalist army, numbering 80,000. They successively planned several armed riots, such as the "Weining Black Stone Incident" and the "Zhenxiong Cattle Farm Incident," which caused heavy casualties to our army and caused an extremely bad impact on the masses of the people.

Long Rope not only organized reactionary armed forces to attack our army's military supplies, wantonly shot and killed more than 40 soldiers escorting the supplies, but also brazenly attacked the government and slaughtered government workers. Later, he also sent people to infiltrate the interior of our army and wait for an opportunity to poison the chief of our army, causing one regimental commander to be deeply poisoned and a deputy regimental commander to be poisoned to death.
At the same time, Long Rope had conspired with several reactionary backbones many times to openly provoke a mass rebellion, "once we are reorganized, we will have no freedom, and if we do not plot otherwise, we will certainly not be able to survive."
Subsequently, Long Rope mobilized and divided the reactionary forces in his hands, occupying several strategic commanding heights in Zhaotong, preparing to rebel at any time.
Even though the dragon rope had completely torn off its disguise and openly made enemies of the people, our army still did not give up its work of rescuing him. Zhang Xianyang, commander of the 43rd Division, and Xue Tao, political commissar, invited LongSheng Zeng to interview Long Sheng Zeng several times. However, Dragon Rope has pushed the blame for participating in the riots, claiming to be "unaware".
On June 18, 1950, after studying the bad situation, the top brass of our army issued an order to suppress the rebellion of Longsheng.
On the same day, Dragon Rope brutally shot and killed three representatives of our army stationed in his department, and launched a rebellion. The officers and men of the 43rd Division immediately returned fire, and the battle began.
After 2 hours of fierce fighting, our army killed more than 200 people under Long Rope Zeng's troops, including Long Rope Zeng himself. More than 1,600 enemy personnel were captured and more than 1,400 light and heavy weapons were captured.
At this point, the counter-revolutionary rebellion of Long Shengzeng was completely quelled, and the people of Zhaotong clapped their hands and applauded.
Long Yun was shocked to learn of his son's execution. After a long silence, only one sentence was said: "My son really deserves it." ”
