If there really were a time machine, would you be willing to erase everything in the present and go back to the past?

Christina, the protagonist of The Stone Gate of Destiny, doesn't know what it means to travel to the past one at a time. She spends most of her time in the lab, so every time she travels back, she reunites with those familiar faces.

The most hated person in the lab was Okabe, the one who began to call Christina "Tina" on his own initiative. The point is that he is still very rogue and non-confessed, and Tina clearly remembers having an intimate scene with him during a previous crossing, but after returning to the normal world, he completely pretends not to remember.

Tina was half annoyed and half unconvinced, kissing on the dark staircase and laughing after drinking for this reason. But Okabe always avoided.

Until one day, when she was at a party with several people in the lab, Tina was pulled by a mysterious phone call and met her future self. The future self tells her that the current world is still another journey through, because Okabe still exists. In the truly normal world, Okabe had long since vanished due to various accidents.

Sure enough, not long after, Okabe was killed in a car accident in front of Tina.

But what's even more amazing is that this time machine was originally built by Tina herself in the future.

Unwilling to confess to his crush Okabe, he resolutely refuses to accept his departure, but travels back over and over again, hoping to change his fate. But Okabe, a fellow scientist, discovers the machine's bug because every rewrite involves the fate of others, sometimes putting Tina herself in danger. So in order to keep the ending in check, he decided to erase all of Tina's memories of him.

One wants to find, one wants to escape, the purpose is to let the other party live well.

This anime has been listed as a "dark anime" for many years along with "Magical Girl Circle", but I actually disagree.

The reason why Xiaoyuan is dark is because he uses evil means to do evil things, although on the surface it is for the sake of justice and justice; and this "Gate of the Stone of Destiny" is just from the surface and inside.

It's just like "The Butterfly Effect", every time you flap your wings, there will be a chain reaction, which makes the two originally neutral things of the time machine and changing fate very important.

I watched the theatrical version of "The Gate of the Stone of Destiny - The Sense of Déjà vu in the Field of Loads", and the main line of the whole film is the love between Tina and Okabe, so it is not like the drama that depicts the changes in the fate of other people after each crossing and the dark connotation.

As the end tightened, Tina kissed the young Okabe with the dripping raindrops in the rain, and the two finally exchanged hearts in the sun across the flow of people coming and going, and finally decided that they must fight together no matter what and change their fate.

As a romance film, it is qualified, as a dark system, but it is shallow to stop avoiding the heavy and not dare to cross the thunder pool.

The soundtrack of the film is also in accordance with the path of a fresh love drama, clear, soothing, bright and beautiful. With every little temptation, the little arrogant little heartbeat, the beautification with a lot of soft light toplight, and the smoke and rain of streetlight traffic to set off, are all just in time - but I still miss the big open and magnificent music of the small circle, and the extremely brilliant and unreserved color matching like drunken dreams.

The story of a group of scientists with deep connotations who repeatedly shuttle through the past and have a mission hopes to hit fate hard, but through the theatrical version, it is presented as a love drama similar to "The Girl Who Traveled Through Time". Even because of the identity of the characters, the creation of the atmosphere, and the ubiquitous sadness of "fate cannot be changed", this love story becomes heavy and wants to escape like Okabe in the play.

The composition of the picture and the telling of the story are exceptionally smooth. But after the sensory shock at first glance, the feeling left is to understand that the author exchanged the failure of controlled artistry for the value of a larger commercial market.

Xiao Yuan's script writer Xuan Yuan said, "I think it is a very bad thing to teach children that there is no darkness in the world." I think so. Especially now that the animation market is mature and commercialized, the audience has obviously become very adult. (Please raise your hand and tell me I'm not an outlier!) )

Perhaps only by seizing every opportunity to express talent to the extreme, rather than seeking stability in the established rules and regulations, can we be worthy of such a story of traveling through time and space under the grand framework of tireless time and again.

The love entangled in the helpless fate has long become a battle. Either be calm and completely abandon the flashes of love that flash back in your mind; or face the darkness and do your best to insist on faith and everything around you, or go roundabout or direct confrontation.

When tomorrow without you comes, it is impossible to shoot, and the terrible thing is that when tomorrow without you comes, I do not know the so-called pursuit of continuing to repeat the path without purpose.
