Qu Zhi's Travels Essay on Xie An's Hometown Cultural Park
The first knowledge of Xie An is a poem originating from the great Tang Dynasty writer Liu Yuxi. Liu Yuxi wrote in "Wuyi Lane": "Wild grass flowers by the Suzaku Bridge, the sunset at the mouth of Wuyi Lane. In the old days, Wang Xie Tang Qianyan flew into the homes of ordinary people. "Wang Xie in the poem refers to Wang Dao and Xie An. Through the description of the surrounding area of Wuyi Lane and the migration of swallows in front of Wang Xietang, the poet writes about the decline and disappearance of The former residence of Wang Dao and Xie An.
According to records: Xie An (320 – October 12, 385), the character An Shi. A native of Yangxia, Chen Commandery (present-day Taikang, Henan). Eastern Jin Dynasty politician and celebrity, third son of Taichang Xie Qiu and brother of the Zhenxi general Xie Shangcong. Xie Anshao, who was famous for his clean talks, repeatedly resigned his life, and lived in seclusion in Dongshan, Shanyin County, Huijian County, and played with Wang Xizhi and Xu Qian, and educated the children of the Xie family. After the Xie family died in the middle of the dynasty, he made a comeback and successively served as the general Sima of the Western Expedition, Wuxing Taishou, Shizhong (侍中), Shangshu (吏部尚書), and Zhonghu (中護軍). After Emperor Jianwen's death, Xie An and Wang Tan defeated Huan Wen's intention to usurp the throne. After Huan Wen's death, he co-assisted Wang Biaozhi and others. In the Battle of Shuishui, Xie An, as the commander-in-chief of the Eastern Jin dynasty, defeated the so-called million Former Qin army with 80,000 troops, winning decades of peace for the Eastern Jin Dynasty. After the war, he was suspected by Emperor Xiaowu because his fame was too great, and he was forced to go to Guangling to avoid disaster. In the tenth year of Taiyuan (385), Xie An died of illness at the age of sixty-six. He was given the title of Taifu (太傅) and the Duke of Luling Commandery (庐陵郡公), with the courtesy name "Wenjing".
During a drinking and small talk, a wen friend suggested that there is Xie An's Hometown Cultural Park not far from our city, which is worth seeing. So on a weekend morning, our group embarked on a trip to Xie An's hometown.
From Huaiyang City, head north along National Highway 106. About 20 kilometers or so to Taikang County Laozuka Town Street turn west, about 3 kilometers or so by car, you will see a stone sculpture, on the book Ecological Civilization Village, Xie An Hometown welcome you! We knew that Xie An's hometown was coming.
The tall archway was erected at the entrance of the village, and the horizontal book "Provincial Cultural Relics Protection Unit Xie Miao's Tomb Xie An's Hometown" and the left and right books to "The treasure trees in front of the hall are leafy, and the Yangxia rented land is brilliant" are written by Xie An's descendants.
XieTang Village is inhabited by descendants of the Xie clan, and there are two main roads in the village. Quaint and elegant street, clean and tidy. One is Zhaoji Road (the meaning of Shizu Road) and the other is Taifu Road (i.e., Xie An Guan Bai Taifu), with a total of eight alleys. That is, Liuchao Lane, Xianzu Lane, Mingmen Lane, Shijia Lane, Dongshan Lane, Zaiqi Lane, Baoshu Lane, Fanchang Lane, which means: Six Dynasties Xianzu, Mingmen Shijia, Dongshan Revival, Baoshu Fanchang.
On the blue-gray brick walls on both sides of the street, you can see paintings of xie ancestors such as the Battle of Shuishui everywhere. There are also slogans and propaganda posters of the socialist new countryside with modern elements, and the village has been rated as a municipal socialist new rural construction unit. This honor should be well deserved.
While admiring the propaganda posters on the roadside wall, he moved into the scenic gate. At the time of the upgrading of the scenic spot, the entire park is full of construction scenes, which seems a bit desolate and chaotic. However, accompanied by Mr. Xie Lao, the manager of the park and the secretary general of the Xie clan, we visited the entire park in turn.
First, we went to Xie Bin's cemetery for a visit. The whole cemetery is erected in a pine and solemn manner. Its cemetery was named a provincial cultural relics protection unit.
Subsequently, our group came to a huge white jade statue named Xie An of the generation, visited and took photos. A generation of famous people sit in the north and south, and the confucian wisdom reveals a mighty and masculine atmosphere. It seems that although he lives in his hometown, he still has not forgotten the place where the regime he once fought and served was located. The couplet on the stone tablet next to the seated statue, "Gong Zhen is holding a million lives in Jiangnan, bowing down to protect half of the Jin Room" depicts his undulating and extraordinary life.
After the white jade statue of Xie An Han is an antique pavilion, which is the monument pavilion of Xie Gong Ancestral Hall, also known as the Cheng'en Pavilion. The pavilion is an octagonal cornice type double-storey building, the inside is painted with several more typical wonderful story pictures from journey to the West, and the outside is painted with the story of eight immortals crossing the sea. Under the pavilion is a stone stele of Xie Gongling.

Further on, you will reach the Xie Gong Hall, the theme building of the park. The Xie Gong Hall is a hall dedicated to Xie An, Xie Shi, and Xie Xuan. Inside the hall, there are statues of the three dukes, which are vivid.

According to records, Xie Miao (214–282), also known as Bo Deng, was a native of Yangxia County, Chen County (present-day Taikang County, Henan). He was a minister during the Three Kingdoms period at the end of the Han Dynasty, the great-grandfather of Xie An, the famous minister of the Eastern Jin Dynasty, and the founder of the Xie clan of Chen County. Diligent and studious, selected as too student. After graduation, he followed the great Si Nong Huan Fan to do things. During the coup d'état at GaoPingling, Huan Fan was prevented from going out. He was reused by Sima Yi (司馬懿), the grand master of the peasants, and was responsible for the affairs of Tuntian.
